That's not strictly true unless it happened before I joined. As the national manager I preferred it that way because we're short of users but I've always felt the North should have their own team. I don't think it was ever our choice as a community.

It's well known that they exist, alongside a few others. I would imagine they'll be introduced at the end of this season.
Puerto Rico, Belize, Guyana, Suriname. It would be cool to have them.

If they add countries, I put my money on Ivory Coast. Seen quite some applications in france, senegal and other african countries from over there
