Very hard for me choose between Phil and Sharoni. Even if Phil will run Moldova i must be objective. I know Phil had great NT performances, but this is not only best coach contest but also manager this means club history also is important, so due to a better club history THE SLIGHTEST ADVANTAGE IS FOR SHARONI, imho.
In the second pair,i go for Vilpu , nice club, good NT history, plus a bit better in tactics... against Uamini, who won CC but wasn't that consistent with his club, plus i don't remember hiim coaching a national team
