Subject: The Best Manager In Sokker
I just don't pay much attention to weak users, thats why there is a chance of confusing (for me)
Phil_Fox85 Vs Sharoni
He is the best manager in my opinion, so easy vote here, Sharoni doesn't have opponents in his country so his 14 in row is great, but not enough this time
Vilpu Vs Uamini
Vilpu is better manager, and even Uamini have great last season, he was manager for one season, and Vilpu have silver form CC, and much more great results before that

mmm...
Its imposible to win something big with the squad we have at the moment (or the squad we had in the past 7 seasons), the goal was to build a strong base and NT for the future and thats what we did and doing and you will see more of that in the future when our young generation will be ready , there is no faster growing and improving NT than Latvija , there is no higher ranked NT than Latvija who never got close to 70 mark and has 12 seasons in the game... something big for us is making results against stronger teams and we did that not once or twice and being at the place we are at the rankings and going up 30 places untill now reflects that..
I never got a chance to manage a strong NT that can even make the WC (still was 1 point short with Israel when we had there formidable-outstanding players, as Scotland knows..;-), i enjoy building a strong NT with the community and thats my challenge, thats what i allways said in Latvija.. our next manager will be happy with what we build there and this NT will be at the top if it keeps its track.
I guess my next challenge will be to take a stronger and bigger NT, but i admit that i enjoy more taking a small NT and making them better.

Yet Phil was twice in the WC finals with 2 different NT's which i dont know if anyone ever did here and we are completly different , its a totaly different challenge with England / USA than with Latvija, they have strong NT's , now he will probably get elected in Moldova and will get a different challenge, Moldova are one of my favoriets NT's in the game, im sure he will do a great job there.
So im more Bora Milotinovic and Phil is more Gus Hiddink (actualy maybe more... mmm... Marcelo lippi...)

He made no further than semi finals with England, and final with USA.
