There is no best manager in my eyes , everyone is focusing on something else (enjoying something else) and doing his best there , Vilpu did well with Island and helped them building their NT long time ago , took NZ to their first WC , managed Eesti as well , also won with his team many times the national championship and of course he is probably the most popular and known manager in the game.
Phil as i said took 2 different NT's to 1 semi and 1 final and its a rare achivment , didnt focused much in his team i think (and if im not wrong he has a lot of money in his bank account , in the game of course , at least...;-) , so his focus is on the NT level and i know he will take a new challenge with Moldova so thats should be intresting.
uamini focused on his personal team , dont remember if he managed an NT in the past , he won all the titles in the game with his team (which is mainly the CCC of course) , strong and great team , and been here for a long time as well.
My focus was more on small NT's which is my favorite challenge, to take a small NT that has a potential to do well in the game and develop a strong NT with the community that will have a healthy build up for the future and can last for a long time even if its a small community, im not focusing much in my team beside of training local players and Latvijan players but still won the title every season with my team since im here.
I dont think im that popular and known , at least not like many who where mentioned in this topic , im not commenting much in the international forum as well , so to be in this final 4 is great but as i said before , there are also many others good managers and its imposible to choose..

Wouldn't say I have done that bad with my club side, managed to win the league title in a pretty short time frame after joining the game. Won it even more comfortably the next season, then pretty much sold up and started again with a bunch of youths.

If I hadn't sold up I'm sure I would have a few more titles right now.
