now if u make a stadistics of plus loses then u see a big lose for sokker
There is few of us left in this game, prices are rising again.

This is what a lot of people have done. I bring more data, just this. You can ignore it if you like, of course.
Actually we are less users in the game. Some countries are gaining users, some countries are losing users.
Actualy we are more connected users although less registered ones. Data is data.
Is easy to be alarmist. Just see one only thing and repeat it till get bored all people around.
To solve a problem we need see all points of view, not just repeating"we are losing users, we are losing users, we are losing users..."

Yeah, and guns kill people.
In fact they do ... but that's a completely different discussion ;)

I do think it's an indication of a problem.

True :)

Also true :) Only posting complains isn't helping, come up with new ideas and post them in the Forum Bugs / Ideas (en).
But I think I do have an idea why it is happening (Linguists forum). A game need to stay interesting by constant developing new things. The managers (read:costumers) need to be stimulated and surprised by new options to prevent they get bored of always the same. This is a basic rule in the (online) game industry, and a lot of other industries.
Another thing is communication. With the right communication managers can also be stimulated. For example, if something new is going to be developed, tell them a bit about it, but not all, so they get curious.
And another thing communication can be used for is to ask managers what they really want to see in Sokker, some research. Send a multiple choice answer sheet to SKmail, with a reply button so when all is filled in the managers can easily send it back to the sender. Or send a link to a website that managers can access with SKusername and SKpassword. This isn't unknown space-age technology, just plain simple marketing research with common used tools. An additional advantage is that managers will get the feeling their opinion matters.

Maybe we can start with a poll in each country:
1.- What would you like to see in Sokker:
a) More features
b) Better graphic in matches
C) More options for plus
etc. (I posted the first things I thought :P)
This could give us an idea about why people are leaving the game...

The answers seem obvious to me:
- not a single marketing golden rule has been followed to sustain its development (except Google adwords which is only a little part of a decent marketing plan)
- dev's stay deaf to bugs reports and ideas/suggestions
- dev's communication towards the players stays at the worst level (as in a dictatorship)
- no visible or useful improvement for player experience since... can't remember!
I keep on playing because I like this game but I stopped expecting continuous improvements.
Really disappointed by the development team attitude :(
