Just UP :D

Whatever matters, there's no reason for me to leave sokker. Just too much of my emotion attaches to this game

Morsey către Phénix
i still think the default skin looks boring and un-attractive which is why some users dont stay. This green is the most dullest green they could of chosen. Add some colour to this site is what i want, or change the default skin.

Just make a statistics from few forums about how many users are complaining against the skin and how many of them about other issues. On these forums you can find the real reasons of users leaving the game, let's say that the random red cards and injuries could be one of the firsts in top, in my opinion.

what is it with you!

You always have to make a negative or debate with whatever i say. The fact of the matter is that users dont stay long enough anyway to experience the red card and injury problems. Sokker at the moment is un-attractive, it is bombarded with too many words. Like somebody said, the sign-up pages looks rubbish. You search other game websites and i bet most of what you find is colour and more pictures.

Edit: The people who are complaining about red cards and injuries are those who have been on sokker for ages anyway and they wont leave just because of that. Its mostly new users who leave the game, not experienced users.

Once some already signed-in, they leave the game not because of the skin. For some of them, not the engine is to blame, they just see the game to complicated. Okay, it could be the unattractive skin, but I take my example: I've chosen the game because its features, and I know other similar examples but I never heard somebody refusing to sign-in just because of the unattractive skin. For all that, I can admit that we need a nicer skin and that they could be some to decide not signing-in because of it. Only that, I don't think this is the very important cause, but when the experienced users leave the game in an increasing number, I consider that we have a problem and we need to look at the main/important causes, and the facts and the statistics found on forums (complaints) could be the only way to get. This is my point, nothing else.
When somebody sees the red cards and the injuries is not happy, when somebody sees these cards and injuries depending on akind of engine random, he start not to be pleased, when somebody sees that the cards and injuries "story" hit the friendlies in the same way with the official matches (which is very wrong), he start to be angry because this spoils his training schedule, when somebody sees that he's coming in the game for to play competition but he's practically forced to play NC, or if he's not playing NC the others are doing it, and so on, and so on (with others).....these are the real problems, and I want them to be discussed if we really want to ask something for sokker, for real. Otherwise, we just paint the fence.....and still the garbage inside.
Yes, I want a debate when it needs, as this is the way for progress, but I never give non-constructive opinion or worse, to make fun or mock......as I've got it but I don't give it.

I insist to be more specific with my arguments: there was a topic named "common sense", which pointed out the necessity of those basic right moves of the engine (with the players on the pitch) in concordance with what happens in the reality, I mean the basic players' moves/decisions not to bring us weird and abnormal situations, and at least to give us akind of a common sense in the basic football situations simulated in the game.
First conclusion: there was a long row of users posting over there, it's mean that numerous people are concerned of this topic's issues. This is the best signal of what are the real problems to be fixed in sokker.
Second conclusion:
When you pay the Plus, you get this answer:
"Thank you for supporting Sokker. Your contribution
will help to to ensure that Sokker continues to
improve and be around for the future.

You have just received access to the additional
options of the game, which will further enhance
your Sokker experience. We promise it is not the
end - in the future we will introduce even more
new features."

So, you have some promises for your money. But when I see some opinions (of officials representatives) about the "ideas forum" as being akind of obsolete, when I see some many people asking the common sense of the basic football situations in sokker, and they are practically ignored.....I don't know, but I think there is a discrepancy between what they declare and what they do.
To be more specific, let's see one basic situation which require common sense in the way it is asked in football. I've just seen these days one match going to 0-0 between two balanced teams. But one of them made the three substitutions till the 80th minute, when the goalkeeper got injured, such as they had to play without goalkeeper.....and they lost the game with a simple goal of 0-1. There is a basic football situation, in my example or others alike, when you should'n play without goalkeeper, as somebody should replace him in the extreme situations. And I can declare it for sure: if this will happen to me (or to my opponent) once, I surely will be angry, but if this will happen to me for a second time, I'm pretty sure that I won't pay for another Plus, and maybe I'll quit the game.
I ask them: is this (and some others of the common sense situations) so hard to fix it ? No, I don't think so !
So, the discrepancy between the promises and facts are big, and I'm not surprised to see (old) users leaving the game.
Without these football common sense situations (not to play without goalkeeper, to have your penalty shooters set up, not to have crazy backpasses - instead might be wrong - not to get random red cards and injuries, but to be explainable in a certain measure, not to have so many injuries and red cards in friendlies as it is in the reality, etc.), I think that the users number will keep decreasing. There is a situation for to handle it rightly, otherwise.......

take a look at the bright side of sokker: at least u can talk to urself on forums
2010-11-12 21:57:39
=))) Great one, after this i just can't read his huge post =))
2010-11-12 22:14:47
What's up buddy ? Do you think you're akind of "the bright side of the sokker" or you're too "addicted" to you nickname ?
2010-11-12 22:20:07
Don't be worried, I didn't post to you, when I'll do it, I'll write just one sentence, as I suppose it took you several weeks to read the game's rules.
2010-11-12 22:23:27
he was talking about the fact that no sokker developer will read these posts and nothing will change
i don`t think it was an offense at your person
2010-11-12 22:25:49
Aye, the language barrier means an active English Dev (or at least an official voice would do wonders here.
2010-11-12 23:51:45
I would like to agree with you, but I can't. Fact is, they use to post on the CCC thread....and they came here to the small fries, you know what I'm talking about....so, it was an irony coming from arrogance.
Only that, I don't care about their irony (I reacted just because of their arrogance) practically, all I posted is between me and the sokker officials, and our contract is the Plus (their promises - my payment) as one day I can ask: you do the goalkeeper replacement in extreme situations or I leave the game, and so on for others "decent" football common sense situations on the pitch. If they'll have the common sense to read/hear me it's okay, I'll have the money and the time for sokker.....anybody without "weighty roof" understand it, this is not a message for them, but to officials.

Awww, good old offended user :) i bet you wanted to try and offend me, but i must disappoint you , it took me not much time to read the rules

THe point of my last post was to emphasize dumb's post not to jeopardize your "hard work" :) I guess someone just doesn't understand what humour means :)
2010-11-13 01:34:39
You still don't get it, do you ? You don't jeopardize anything, I just don't need you here, mock somewhere else and at somebody else, you can't read it ('cause is huge), keep going, as I told you the post is not for those arrogant people as you proved yourself now......some don't know what means common sense.
