Ever since Christmas Sokker has added Predictor rankings to each country's page plus a worldwide ranking.
So far's I've noticed that:
* it's pretty much not getting discussed at all in forum threads which means that people don't know/care (or both) about it
* someone took the time to predict 444 matches last week so some people obviously are bored enough to take this seriously
* Everyone who bets gets a rank value...how is it computed, what are the rules?
* Seems like every week the rank value is reset..what's the point then?
Basically I'd like to know what Sokker was thinking when they developped this...right now it feels like a beta version of something bigger...are any more changes planned? Is there any point to this? Do people ever get to keep their ranking points?

Match tips statistics
On the country and world page you will now see Tipsters menu item. There you can view current and previous weeks most predicted matches, which users done the most predictions and also comments. You will also see stats of which users predicted the most accurately on previous matches.

I stopped predicting as its reset every week and hence not like a teamrating ...
i dont like that it is not about skill of tipsters anymore only about that who will bet on more matches with clear results
Seems pointless to me. I predict my 4 league games because it's interesting and I get to slag off my opponents pre-game, I don't care about anything else

This is exactly the kind of pointless addition to the game that I was talking about recently. The time spent working on this idea could have been time spent fixing the Keeper penalty issue, it could have been spent creating a visible in-game stadium, sorting out the free-kick issue or any other of the numerous problems or additions this game could add.
Instead we've got this, whatever the hell this is.
