Well, that was... interesting...

Two direct red cards, one in the very first minute and the other in the 24'. Uphill situation, and on top of that, my best players perfomed like unrecognicable youth players for great parts of the game. The "new" engine does offer more midfield play-around, which does make for occasionally beautifull games, but when the engine does its calculation the way it did today, it makes for one extremely ugly-to-look at match. As the match progressed, I was more and more expecting my best players to pick the worst possible decisions when in possesion of the ball, or to hesitate beyond reason, or to get tackled from behind in spite of being superdivine. And to see those passes coming from unearthly-divine skills... ugly.

I'm just happy I survived this nighmare (on so many levels), after the penalty shootout ended 2-3 :P

Btw, After the match, my supporters mood has dropped to " Your supporters are losing hope". Since I won, I'm guessing this is due to the supportes simply trying to reflect how much they enjoyed watching.

Your supporters are good in mathematic and they know what will happen in next season or two ;)

But really bad luck from you and ironhead with cards/injury

It was game over for me after the early injury of my winger. Before that I was totally dominating the match, but a rookie in the wing + my best striker injured in the NT-game + impressive scoring in the 1-on-1's of the Evertonians + really crappy finishing by my strikers (I managed to pull as much good chances as they did) means I'm out and will be out for some seasons. Now it's time to build new generation.

after already missing my two best offensiv players, my third best also got an injury today.

lol. Apart from that two teams who were equal. Congrats, even though I perfectly prepared for your other tactic ;)

even game and win could go on both side, but this time it was mine :))

I was really optimistic after scoring the first goal of the match. Unfortunately, my team couldn't stand the supremacy of the opponent team. Anyways, getting through the fisrt round was a big accomplishment already, so I'm satisfied :)
