this is daytrading, not training players. You can do it with old players as well
not the way I do it, you can't
it's about training, otherwise I wouldn't stop it the moment I had to use first team to win the Cup games
daytrading is what adameczek does :p

sell one player in less than 2 trainings is always daytrading, you can train him something and make him slight prettier but the most important for the last price is the luck and how cheap you bought him
adamececk don't do daytrading, he lies that is a different point

oh, I see that you also noticed Adameczek's transfer tactics:P
nice earnings :)
but like mourinho i also think that most of the profit comes from cheap buying rather than 1 or 2 skill ups
anyway, buying cheap isn't easy at all

well it doesn't matter if it's about low price that I pay, or training [although all of them popped in 1-2 skills]
without the wednesday game I can't make such transfers, so playing in Cup is blocking me for several weeks :p

they won't receive training and if a 16-17yo doesn't receiver training for 1-2 weeks, then the player loses value...such players improve every week after youth school
and i must just say as mourinho did, it is not about the training you give them, it is about daytrading...
it is a combination
best results of such training-selling is 4 weeks for a player so that you can veryify his talent and make a screen + achieve 2-3 pops

so, are all your youth purchases talented? You have to have a 7th sense, the 6th is to buy a cheap player and sell them some more expensive (sometimes even when you buy a player for a cheap price you put him on tl again and he goes for a much more ridiculous price) besides if you buy a junior that is not talented you're going to lose almost 100% of investment
Whatever you want to name it, it's daydrading. Maybe you look at wage or value comparing it with skills and you will deduce if those skills are high; who hadn't done that before, but it is a part of the daytrading rather than be out. And we alwais tend to look at the good bussiness and forget the bad ones

I've posted all transfers that I did for 3 weeks that I tried it, all of them were profitable
and training is crucial...even a player with bad talent at age 16-17 will pop with 1-3 weeks of training in a low skill, other than pace

The crucial part is the price you bought them, surely you bought them in hours that not are available for others unlike 20:00 to 22:00 and/or in midweek (or saturday is good for buy juniors), and then you sell them on this hours. Training is required yes, moreover in juniors, you have to show improves to sell them for more, because if you don't that you are going to lose money

I made a misprint, I wanted to say just the opposite :p I think 20:00-22:00 are the hours the average player on this game can be online almost always if he need to be. Maybe due it's not work time or relax time
