he`s got a pretty decent talent..not the best one , but somewhere above normal

Show me..your talents..I want you to show me graphics-talent of a player that we can see a pop to very good technique..less than 2 weeks..(and one game per week only friendly).
COME ON SHOW ME..!

there isn`t better than 2 weeks to very good but i`ve seen 3 weeks to incredible passing at 19 yo...as i said, daniel mitu is a talented player and in the future you will see if he has the best talent

i had a player that popped to outstanding def in 3 weeks at 19 and he was far from having the best talent possible cuz he had 5 weeks to magical after that

its impossible to know because of subskills from just one example.. it has to be given like the guy above 3/4/3 from x to y

i can say 2 weeks to good passing, and it might be either top talent or mediocre talent. you need to see 1 week to adequate, 2 to good, 2 to solid, 2 to very good etc....
or besides that youthschool graphs.
i have a guy incredible with 10 weeks left.
so far 7 increases in 21 weeks. probably has max talent (~3.2 with magical YC)
will be 18 years old. :)
i will then show how long skill increases take at max talent :P

Ι think he is near 3.5 talent.I agree not best talent..but when he plays two games he makes crazy pops...

what do you say for 5 training and 27 general for divine pace?:)
player is 23y now, but the develop began at 22y.
