What do you think about this guys talent?

i only wanted to make a simple question: is 8 training to pop from incredible 13 to brilliant 14 considered a good talent at the age of 23 or not? i mean is it good to advertise or not in order to try to sell him better?

What do you think about my 19yo player:
19 weeks to poor defender - from up to up only general training (first up also after general training)

normal i believe, maybe a bit better...19 gt are like almost 2 normal trainings

so: a 16 years old that pops regularly in 2 weeks in pace in lowest levels (3 --> 4 --> 5) is a standard talent?
i mean, this is the talent:

3 - 4 - 4 - 5 - 5 - 6

If he was 17, then could be quite talented. But because it's 16, then nothing is for sure.

There are so many players had talent at such low level at 16 but later, their talent pretty normal or even worse ;)

My advice is, keep training him, then you can see.
