He poped from 2->3 7 weeks ago and 3->4 1 weeks ago, but it's low pace skill, that should be 7weeks-2pops...3.5?

Look, i have no idea what you're training, cause that graphic doesnt say so. As far as i see it, he popped from 3 to 4 in 5 weeks. If that was from training, thats a terrible talent. If it was from general training, its nice.
