depends on the age...if the player is 20, it`s an average talent..

I have a 17y old who needed 2 weeks to solid technique. Is this a proof of good talent?

(how can we tell if your player is talented? He might have been +0.95 in 7 skills when you bought him)

@cristiano22 - train him for a while i think, and monitor his pops during that time.

It's a good start, but you need to see what the next 2 are like really.

are you sure? 2 weeks to 10 pace? that would be much better than maximum talent.

Not possible, unless..you..are..certain..manager..whos..players..pop..1+10 GT..to .. formidable..pace..
