2013-03-29 14:42:48

5 weeks to outstanding pace with two adequate assistants, and one excellent is'nt the worst talent right?

head coach is weak but unearthly in pace
2013-03-29 15:37:26
also, how long would you epect the same player to pop to excellent defender?
2013-03-29 18:11:26
depends on the age...if the player is 20, it`s an average talent..

I have a 17y old who needed 2 weeks to solid technique. Is this a proof of good talent?

(how can we tell if your player is talented? He might have been +0.95 in 7 skills when you bought him)

@cristiano22 - train him for a while i think, and monitor his pops during that time.

It's a good start, but you need to see what the next 2 are like really.

two weeks to exellent pace with 18 years old is a exellent talent not?
2013-04-06 18:06:22
are you sure? 2 weeks to 10 pace? that would be much better than maximum talent.
2013-04-06 19:12:09
