17 yo who needed exactly one training and 11 generals playing in friendlies from good to solid pass (both pops were after general training so without possibility of decimals having impact on pops). same player needed two training for average, adequate and solid pace and three training for good, very good and excellent (with five generals in between for this pop) pace. Seems as nice talent to me, am I right?

With strikertraining mids get a lot of training (around 40-50%) but in the screen it will not be shown. So yes, possible, but not 'real' general training.
