I saw your answer..too late...but you are making big mistace..about Daniel Mitu or you didnt had magical coaches..or you didnt put him play cup or official game..He is a great talent..See the graphics..

i have good coaches, don't worry about that ;)

when 16yo fresh junior after 3x 90min in friendly games does not jump in trained skill (besides pace) he is just not
good enough talent for me :P

3 to formidable passing isn't nothing special at 18. ive had that with players at 21/22, likewise i've has pace pops to formidable in 3 weeks on 18 year old's. and I've had 2 weeks to very good pace with no generals on a 19 year old.

though 1 to very good passing is something i would like to see :)

i have 17yo player with 1 to good passing ;)

Maybe you didnt saw..the talent in technique mate.How this player at 16 made for poor technique 3 weeks and in my team made 2 weeks to very good technique?Explain me that.?I have 4 magical coaches.the first is unearthly at all skills.When you send me the message with graphs..if you remember..you told me..that you are not sure about the graphs.I have with only game per week friendly games that arent full training 3 to formidable passing.And i have also..with only one game per week the 2 weeks to very good technique.How do you explain that?

6 weeks general training and one main passing training.;)

First of all he was trained 3 weeks in pass not in tech and only 90 min per week, not more!
He was really high in subskill when he jumped to solid tech...how much weeks did he need for solid teh?
If you have 4 magical coaches how is your head coach unearthly in all skills?

3 magical assistants and one magical coach with unearthly all the skills except goalkeeping and stamina.2 to solid tech 2 to very good tech.Plaeyrs to players are different..a great talent can give strange pops and diffirent motivation in talents graphics..;)

So you cant speak and judge. for that player for sure mate.;)I am the one that can judge him because i training him a lot of weeks and i saw great talent and pops.Also has a lot of weeks on injuries.Some weeks i put him one 90 minute game and a little more..in friendlies.So i am the one that can judge him.3 weeks to formidable passing is very good because last weeks plays only one friendly game.If he had played twpo games per week it would be pop with two weeks for formidable passing.So it is a great talent..΄)

well on your screen it is at least 3 normal +2 general trainings for solid tech or?

if 3 to very good pass for a 18yo is great talent for you what would you say for a 20yo that needed 3 weeks to incredible pass?

Look only the first graphic..Two weeks to very good texhnique.And only 2 general trainings.That means that he is almost under 3.5 talent from the academy.Some weeks played one game some other 120 minutes.Now il try to put him double games..per week.180 minutes..So then you will see if he is real monster..;)
