So the + feature in talent is in fact 'talent: unclear' ? Then why not use also in this case text 'unclear' instead of +?

14+, 3+ is way better than "unclear". It just give more info. If you have one junior with 14+ you may just fire him but keep the 3+ junior. If both are "unclear" you will fire none.

Expected skill is intended to do the math for you. With the given talent (more or less exact) it computes the level that junior can reach.

Maybe you can use talent 3 as a minimum. Talent lower than that does not exist.

And expected skill is nice to know ofcourse, but only when it makes sense, an expected skill after 2 pops in 5 or 7 weeks is kinda useless.

And also what wybo wrote, talent less then 3 doesn't exist so to give managers expected skills so way off or not even possible is not making aSokker data more clear when used.

An update will be done to this computation.
As for John Doe case before 14+ is more correct (instead of 13+) as it will need at least one week to increase one or more levels. The same treatment will be applied to juniors which have the current week skill level below the initial skill level (right now theirs talent is "-").

Anyway this computed talent can vary very much.
Imagine a junior which in 24 weeks increased his skill level 8 times. Next week his skill level decrease 3 levels. In first week he will have 3 weeks talent and in the next 5 weeks talent. And all this will be posted it in green as the junior is more than 21 weeks older... A more improved computation must be done. And I have an idea but I'm not sure what will means in terms of performance (it's still a mobile device).

It auto updates training or you have to login to the app??

And can you login from PC to make screenshots??

You have to download sokker data every week by your own (just click a button on app first page).
You have to login only once - first time. The login info are automatically saved on your device.
In case you change your login data on sokker site you'll be asked for your login information when you try do download sokker data.

Are you aware this app is an Android app, don't you?

It's intended for mobile devices with Android or BB10 operating systems. It has nothing to do with PCs.
If you have a device with Android 4.0 or above is fairly easy to take a screenshot.

Yes i am aware, i didnt know that u could make screenshots on mobile, just thought it would be good for screenshots if you could login from PC also... :) But i must just learn how to make screenshot with mobile.. :)

Why is wage data not collected??

It's just not showed in app but it is collected.

Language used by phone is the language used in app (if exists).

It would be very nice if it was shown, because sokker doesnt show old wage, so it would be a reason to use it even if you have plus... :)
