not a B team, 2 managers 2 teams, early season choose to associate, and 2 or 3 players per season on loan, . The salary is paid by the club who has the player.
-better training, more user-friendly game, and clubs with less budget and good players may have the opportunity to have good players. Instead of selling or play in friendly our very good young. It would another solution to better training and improve the teams lower divisions.
a choice not mandatory at the beginning of the season, only if two managers agree.

I second that!!

The idea is not bad, but it isnt good at all. There are many things to take in mind about that.

Some would say that it would help friends .. But really, you
give a young top has a friend who has bad coaches? no ...
The choice would be based on the choice of coaches and training for the club season. And limit the number of loan 2, with an age limit that would not change much if some help each other rather than play the game
And do not limit the country, but division.
one day, I read on a page of a manager, "I'll make a team of half Jewish and half Muslim to show that exists fraternity." Some players like to put a touch of morality in their club, it would associations France / German, Israel / Palestine, USA / Iran etc. etc. ..
it's a game, fun and sharing are good.

anyway, the choice of whether or not an affiliated club depends on the willingness of each. Freedom always remain at the heart of sokker, as is the case today.

if there's such an option in the future (to be able to send our promising youngsters to another club) here's what i WILL DO:

create a new team or better, teams!
of course with a different IP address or even in a different country.

then, lend out as many youngsters as i could!

how difficult that would be ;)

You will be expulsed in that case, there is no way that you can cheat for a long time.

I prefer loans insted of a second team or shared team. Loans is easy to control, and of course, it is easy to develop.

exactly, and with associate team, controls are easy, then limiting to two the number of loan reduced the effects of cheating, a team of shit even with two good young will always be a shit, then if the coaches are bad, the guy has ruined his players for nothing.

as i said,
1. create many teams
2. with a different IP address or even in a different countries

it's really easy to USE this "loans or feeder-parents (affiliated) club systems" idea to cheats.
are you, the admins, will banned someone when you have no proof?

with the current system, there's many users who have 2-3 teams until now. why? because there's no proof to banned them, when they are control by the same user with a different ip address

and a shit team will always be a shit team with a shit coaches? LOL ...

it's only need 4 seasons to have a decent finances and also a decent coach-assist coach.

and one more thing,

this loans idea goal is to have a better training for the potential players whenever the parent clubs doesn't have a training program that suits them, right?
so that these promising players will grow to what you expect them to be before you could sell them.

but, from whose point of view is this thinking?
from the parents clubs.
parents clubs = a team who already have stability with their finances = old user (at least having been playing for the last 2/3 years in real life) = rich teams.

so, the rich/big teams will always be a rich teams and will always be in 2-3 highest division in their country without having to get themselves relegated to train youngsters in order to make some money.
in other words, making a big gap to the new/mediocre teams.

and for the feeder clubs, what is the benefit to borrow and trained someone else players when you doesn't get any thing whenever those players being sold?
i'll prefer to buy a player and training them then sell them my self than helping someone else becomes richer and hard to catch up.

1 clubs affiliated maximum .. you can make as many teams as you want it to change anything .. they would only 2 loans ..
