How fast players will grow depends of the head coach and assistants.
More talented players will grow faster as non talented players. When head coach is upgraded, players will grow faster, also when assistents are upgraded, but less effective as head coach.

this is not exactly correct, there are a lot of external factor beside the talent, for example. age, skill to train, level of the skill trained, etc, a 25 yo players with talent 4.25, he is not going to pop to divine def, pace or whatever in 4.25 weeks, i hope i make myself clear!

Guys, how much time takes before i can sell a player?
I have players bought 2021-04-15, who has played 4 official games and still he is rejected the chance to go on the transfer list. He feels he deserves another chance.

2 weeks ago opened my junior school. i have brilliant coach. First week 4 juniors come 18-19 y hopeless - tragic this week again 4 players come and same skills. What need can i do for come better players?
You can't really do anything. It's just random. Don't pay the salary of a brilliant [14] coach unless you can afford it and until you have at least 10 players in the academy, preferably all younger than 18 years of age.
Start with a level 12 coach , with maximum salary 60.000 lei (do the conversion). After you have 10 players in the academy age 16 to 18 (preferably 17) , all with alt least level [5] ... than hire a level [14] coach... if you can afford it!

I don't follow that ''advice'', cause the level in which they come AND evolve changes accordingly with the level of the coach...
I always advice to only OPEN a youth school if you can afford at least a brilliant coach.

Theoretically! There is nowhere in the "rules book" written that the level of the coach needs to be brilliant [14] , but still people advice to have a level [14] coach EXACTLY ... NOT MORE AND NOT LESS (so level 15 or 16 is also WRONG) !!! BASED ON WHAT?
