I just tell you how it is and what can be done about it, nothing more. Poland, Brasil and România will have the most topplayers and countries like Kenya, as-Saʻūdiyya, Lëtzebuerg, O‘zbekiston and Ísland the least.
Ofcourse, not essential at all ... just imagine tactics can have influence on injuries and cards ... But don't try it, keep complaining and do nothing, that will work much better to get less injuries and cards (????)

Not to forget that each team should get 2 incredible, 1 magical and one divine junior per two seasons just to make it more even

i do agree completely.
i have a team with at least 22 players, all season long. and at least 16 or 17 can play in the first team.
since half season, where i was still in cup and i was first of my league, suddenly i had to play with at least 4 or 5 titulars less in the team EVERY week. because of red cards and big injuries.
i had to play some games without attack (when i have 3 big players in attack, and none could play), games with only 1 titular in defense (i play with 5 in defense), etc...
what people do not understand is that we don't ask it to be without injuries, or red cards, but to accept and to understand that to have 3 injuries or red card or mix of both EVERY game during weeks is a bit too much, and not normal at all. It doesn't exist during that long in reality, i'm sorry.
Even if you change your tactic (i don't see any relation between tactic and injuries but why not :D), when you have to play a strong league with juniors just leaving from school because you don't have the choice, (even if you pay a big staff) it's more than complicated, and the game finishes to bore some people.
