Because of red card, Berg (Norge) shooted TWICE at the penalties and I lost.

IN THE FUCKING FINAL SAME BUG! Hungarian def gets a red card, and the hungarian striker Bodnar shooted TWICE, and please remember that he missed his first shot. A BUG IN THE FUCKING FINALS

why is it a bug...?

someone had to shoot instead of the red carded player, so Magyaorszag started 'shooting' penalties from beginning of the list...what's weird about it?

who should've shot the penalty instead of Bodnar in your opinion? :D

IF you check the rules on penalties: ALL PLAYERS HAVE TO SHOOT ONCE, than if after 11 shots there is still a TIE, they go for another round of shooting.

So if they started from Strikers to mids to defs, the GK had to step up, than the striker again to cover the LAST(11 shot)

No, during the penalties. He took the first one and the fourth one (because probably the fourth one was supposed to be the red card defender) and also the tenth one (because only 10 hungarian players were left and the keeper doesn't shoot penalties here). First one is a bug that was supposed to be solved, second one is bad programming.
