Subject: New match engine discussion

also study my league.... i have 7, 6 and 4 less in avg. mark then 3 other teams... but havent lost a match yet.... look at my match today... and say tactics dont matter....

Default tactics weren't created for this game. I don't even know why we even need them. Is it so so hard to at least make a standart 4-4-2 which was used 100 years in real life?

lol.... look at the default tactics.... 2-3 times more realistic towards RL football.....

But realistic isnt necesarrily=more fun..... sokker is very mathematic and strategic minded simulation..... and dont tell you dont see difference between divine tech or brilliant when they try take 2-3 players on.... they made man marking in this "new" engine.. it made it more realistic, but people complained, because tactics became more random.... so what is it your suggestions???

Try other football simulations, where the matches are much more real (like the one they announce in sokker international at the moment).... or FM.... those simulations are much more towards RL, but they give 2-3 more random when you look at who beats who..... so sokker is random???.... to complain about random in sokker, is like complaining that a ferrari drives slow..... and yes, once in a while there are crazy results... but compared to other manager games and rl, they are less in here... so what you gonna do, complain about the best game (imo) there is within manager games, or play it and enjoy it... tell me, what game is better???

Random decides if you have to win or to lose, and that's it. That's becoming intolerable...

Maybe I shouldn't use tactics anymore if all is random, lets see if that will help me to win more matches and become champion. If all is random this should work fine .....

This is the problem with sokker community when it comes to ME discussion. You are wining against teams with default tactics and you think its because you are smart... So when someone complains you and some others come with your "be smart like me" bullshit... "ME is OK if you are smart", just pathetic...

Take a look at my past few matches and tell me if, sincerely, someone could waste a season that way; also, if you are so eager to defend this "awesome" match engine, at least try to suggest where i got it wrong tactically;

let's put it that way: let's assume it is not completely random, then this "fabolous" match engine favour way too much counter-attacking strategies, where i need about ten clear chances to score one, while my opponent needs just one lucky counter; scoring % is too much random and unfair, in my opinion.

so it is random we have had the same danish champion for 15 seasons....???

Your danish champion is way above the rest, and even him has got few unlucky results!

I really do not understand how you can still defend this match engine, it is the main reason why a lot of people are raging even in my national forum, and fore some of them, who clearly have not the same patience as i have, to quit;

i clearly remember it was not this bad a few years ago, now the game has become basically unplayable; too many matches with absurd results, 1-1 when one team has one shot on goal while the other has 10/15 (most of wich are one on ones), you cannot waste a season this way and at the same time pretend an user to be just fine with it...

Just to make it clear, i'm not saying that tactics do not count (of course they do), i'm complaining about random and unfair scoring%, and your match is a pretty good example of it.

I say tactics don't matter ANYMORE cause when game was more arcade you had to change every player position for every opponent who doesn't play with default tactic. Now you can just make one versatile 4-5 defender tactic and you can go wrong or right only +-30% at most. So anyway you should beat all more than 30% weaker teams than you almost 99% of the times but you don't cause shooting and striker movements are not realistic. And it's kinda funny now when they tried to change it to simulation but offside tactics still work and my strikers are standing in offside whole match.

no it wasnt, i had a 16 yo tragic keeper on goal... :)

I dont think scoring is too random..... try to take last 50 matches you played, and make statistics if the most chances team won, draw or lost... :) I think you´ll be surprised...... then try compare with RL football, and you will stop complaining
