Subject: »Do you like the new ME?

The reason i wrote what i wrote, was because he was offensive. Im the one with lack of respect? And i was writting about player skills and not about results and thus tactics dont have anything to do about what i wrote. And opinion is not when you are offensive over others.

you've come to give tactical advices to the new world champion Pakosteve (who won it exactly because he was the one "to read" the best the new engine) and other users with performances in sokker

I'm not going to tell him what the best tactic is for Sokker. He posted a problem with the back passes and didn't find a solution yet so I gave an idea of what could work, used in one of his own tactics ofcourse :) I hope others will do the same so we can find some good solutions to known problems so we can make (the best) tactics for this new ME.

I know the solution! Put 2 players of 17 y old and make sure you have a rating lower than your opponent... Then luck will be on your side ;)

ratings have not much to do with strength of a team and you can manipulate them as you like.

the point is almost experienced users don't want the current ME, they want a logical and gameplay ME. Pako isn't asking for an advice of a newbee user, Pako wanted to say this ME sucks :)

the best part of it all is that the things that were actually GOOD in new engine [like short passes of defs instead of kicking the ball to throw in, a lot of playmaking in the middle of field etc.] were no almost completely taken away and we can see pinball games. tackle - long pass - tackle - long pass - weird goal - start from centre of field - long pass - tackle - long pass - (...)

There is a reason why your post didn't 'feel' right.. I'll start copy/pasting in a sec.. Obviously you don't even realise you can't reply to people the way you do without hitting some nerves.. Well, you definitely hit mine yesterday and I've put you on your spot.. and calling me childish/cheap isn't going to help much either.. you should have taken your punches like a man instead of hitting me back like a girl. lol. Cuz let's be honest here.. compared to my post.. yours has about 0 content..

But does that say everything about his team/tactic and nothing about the opponent? If you want to talk about logical and illogical, to think only 1 team influences a match is completely illogical.

This is actually not that bad but your answer just doesn't make any sense and of course 1 team can influence a match.. If I put my 11 players near the cornerflag.. I'm influencing the match am I not? I'm only 1 team.. Smurf played with a rubbish defense vs 2nd in league who has great strikers and he won.. I'm just saying that he should never have won that game in any decent ME.. Are you telling me he deserved to win? And in case you're wondering.. His opponent played with a decent tactic..

And maybe you should let go a bit more the old ME and skills needed in the old ME and think more in multiskilled players and learn to get to know the new ME instead of refering to something that is the past and not relevant anymore.

Here you go again with basically telling me I don't know what I'm doing and suggesting to me I should use multiskilled players.. I play more than 7 years.. Are you seriously telling me to use multiskilled players like I've never heard of that? Plz.. + I should get to know the new ME instead of referring to the old one.. I referred to the old one because I was talking about logic.. I found the old one more logical and I'm talking about my player's abilities. At least I knew that my superdivine defender would almost always intercept the ball when tackling from the front.. Now with the new ME, I can't count on that anymore.. So that is what I was talking about.. and it IS relevant.. Kinda bothers me the things I say are dismissed as irrelevant.

Oh, and using CAPITALS doesn't make me understand your text better .......

Then this.. Why would you even include this? so after treating me like a newb that says irrelevant things you're also giving me sh*t for those few words I put in capitals.. So yeah you're getting under my skin at this point.

If you have so much to say about the ME, post bugs and problems in the right topic the right way so it can be used to show the DEVs, if not, your spend time to write this text was kinda useless (useless in different ways btw).

This was the last drop for me.. So you're already treating me like some newb who has nothing relevant to say.. and now I should post this on the right forum? Like I'm also too newb to reply ontopic?.. cuz if I don't, the time I spent on my text "was kinda useless".. and in different ways even.. whatever that means.. Yeh, be with us and like us and hate the ME, or else you are against us .... And don't even try to be positive and post possible solutions in this topic or else you will be bullied by the crowd. Well, bad luck guys, that won't work against me :/

you mean the solution like: bring back the old ME and use the test server to actually test stuff before throwing it here and create all this discussions?

devs have demostrated they are very clevers, they know the problems and they don't need our advices. The problem is that they have thought this ME for crappy players like you and they hope they will earn more money with this changes, but I think this is the first time they are wrong in this game because not only they aren't going to gain users, they are going to lose the most faithful users they had

forgive me but I can be angry, I loved this game and played a lot, not only this, I have spent my money for a better game and they return me that. I haven't expended my money for they become more rich...

The reason why it wasn't tested on the test server is already been explained in different topics. And the old ME won't come back, the predictable ping-pong soccer wasn't much fun either. The fact many managers used the same tactic was prove of the predictability. This new ME has much more potential as the old one. It's not perfect, but it's work in progress. The old ME of last season was also not the same as it was 8 years ago. Many seem to have forgotten about that, but that ME was also changing and improving, the same will happen again.
