Subject: »Do you like the new ME?
charles you ma friend but you are one big kissup
any ways i have waited for around 1 month now to get a reply from the admins a nothing has happened that shows the amount of respect the admins have for the sites users i could easily get my bro yohan blake to join i practically live next door to him he taught me how to run and i used to be traing partners with Veronica Campbell brown we still keep in touch i talked to here yesterday. but it just isn't worth it i recently got one of my training partners to join but he quickly lost interest chose to play some fantasty football game do you think it,s normal if you send out your best team only to get beaten by some bot team with not one player valued more than 1 000.00 € or your brilliant paced player struggling to keep up with a very good paced player or even lower

I would loved to have read your posts on the adminforum and make posts in there too, unfortunatly I can't but I was kept a bit up-to-date by the Dutch staff who can ;) I did write the same kind of things on the Forum Sokker Linguists about poor communication, poor informing of the managers, poor listening to the managers ideas, etc.
About the tests done by staff memebers, then you also know that almost no staff member (other then what I can't read on the adminforum) wanted to spend any of their time to do tests on the test server, of those who have access I mean. It are always the same couple of staff members who are active on that server and gave feedback on the Forum Sokker Linguists when it was asked by the DEVs, and if I say 15 it's probably already a to high number :S

If it was all that much better last seasons, why did so many leave the game then?
Oh, it's actually quite a simple question.
Most users here, the active ones, have played sokker for many, many years [2004-2006] and simply got bored a couple of seasons ago and decided that they don't want to play. Some got bored, some decided that if big bugs haven't been changed for so long, then they will never see them fixed etc.
Another factor was that this game has not developped in terms of design etc. to be interesting for new users nowadays. If there will be a huge group of new users that will stay here for longer than 1-2 months, then it will be connected not with new engine, but with 3D matchviewer.
In short, oldest users got boted and there weren't enough semi-old users to take their places.

15...in my days I remember maybe 5-6 users who were actually active there :P.
anyway, if greg saw that admins/mods are too lazy doing their testing job, then instead of introducing a flawed, not tested engine to the game, he should've:
a. changed the old, unactive mods/admins to new ones [which should be done anyway]
b. made the tests open to normal, active users who would test it
these are simple things to do...but hey, what do I expect...

Yes ok, there are more reasons why people leave a game, it always happens with online games when people play it a couple of seasons and get bored. But the old ME was also one of those reasons, together with a number of other reasons, I'm quite sure of that.

The thing is, people didn't actually complain about the way the games were 'played', but they were complaining about the unrealistic scores compared to what actually happened on the field - and that didn't really change, if anything it only got worse.

I don't know how active the mods and admins of other countries are, but the Dutch are doing a fine job. But for those in other countries who don't, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace them with new ones who still have that drive to do as much as possible.
b. made the tests open to normal, active users who would test it
It could have done differently, friendly matches can also be a possibility to test new things for example (if possible ofcourse, but I don't know what can or can't be done).

Don't know exactly what this expression means, but I think I have an idea. And it's absolutely not like that, it's all about normal communication. It's perfectly ok to disagree and also to say that, but when I say I don't agree and because of that it becomes something personal against me for no reason at all or it even becomes rude behaviour, then I'm absolutely not ok with that :) So that's why you see 2 different kind of posts of mine, to those who treath me with respect and to those who don't.

naw thats not what i meant it's because you always seem to be on sokkers side even they have made mistakes
I think, that everybody disagree with you... If I did mistake, then other people correct me...
That's not true, not always :) But I do support changes, eventhough some things need to become better, but I'm sure that will happen.

Absolutely not, just read this topic and check it yourself :)

I think, that more people disagree with you, than agree. It's the best indicator.
Why do I not recognize your name ... I think you never posted anything before in this topic or others forums, or at least not that many or else I would recognize your name. So I'm wondering, what is the intention of your posts?? Your post has nothing to do with the ME, so I assume you want to f*** things even more up :S Is that your intention? I think so!!
