Subject: Mass forum deletions: who and why?

Recently, some of the longer, established threads around the Freestyle (en) forum were eliminated (hidden, moved, deleted, who knows), without any warning or explaination. At least two of them ("Funny Things" and "NEWS AROUND THE WORLD") have suddenly re-appeared, but some others continue missing.
Could some admin tell us, oficially and here, WHY this has happened, WHO is the responsible (if it was a unilateral action from one person), and WHAT measures they have taken (or they are going to)?
Since, reading across the lasts posts, it doesn't seem to exist any valid motive for having censored / eliminated these threads, it must be concluded that some specific person(s) with permission to do that (this is: belonging to Sokker Staff) has been messing around and playing with these threads as his toys, unilaterally and by his own will.
And, this is has been the case, I can only think of these following possibilities:
1- The staff member responsible is an irresponsible, incompetent, uncapable, or completely unmature one, unable to understand what responsability over one's actions is, or indeed basic things as "if you don't know, please don't touch it".
2- The staff member responsible is the typical (put here your the apropiate word, ranging from asshole to 's.o.a.b.' -or worse-), spoiled brat, asocial thug, parody of a grown-up person, who enjoys breaking things, making loud noises, torturing animals, beating people... well, annoying others in any way he likes, as this is the only thing that seems to give some meaning to their pathetic existences.
3- The staff member 'resposible' is a mentally retarded one, or a person suffering from a mental illness, which causes him to make bad, absurd or/and childish things without himself knowing. This could possible, as in the Western world persons with mental discapacities have their quotas in business, offices, etc, and maybe it happens in Sokker too. Anyway, in this case the true responsible would be, by point 1, the staff member (so it would rank admin, at least) who did not restrict his permissions to those not potentially harmful.
And, welll... if any of these three cases apply, it would be quite desirable that any serious admin (I'd like suppose that this qualification can be yet applied some staff memeber) could stop him asap (his actions and privileges, to avoid these misdoings to continue), if not already done.
Of course, if none of these has been the case and the justification is other, like that there were hidden messages in the posts which the staff had to 'purge' them secretly for our souls' or mind's salvation, or that the staff as a whole was bored and wanted to have fun playing with threads in its own private forums, or that currently nobody in the staff takes his responsabilities seriously anymore and nobody cares, or that they are exprimenting with the forums so they can work in a similar way to the new ME... in any case, I guess they could tell us too, so we could know wtf is happening here, and if we must forget forever any consideration of seriousness about the forums (and maybe, too about the Staff).

The problem has been investigated by greg and shouldn't happen anymore. Since there are still things to be discussed I don't think details will be published yet (if ever), but that is more of an admins decision.
