Subject: Junior Leagues

I am an irregular forum poster but the Junior league structure is really starting to annoy me - why cant we just have leagues of 8 teams where we all play each other twice?

The current structure is just ridiculous. I am currently in the Junior Premiership and fortunately doing quite well and have secured my status for next season. But I keep playing the same team week in week out (4 weeks out of the last 5 I have played Old Glossopians). As one team has dropped out of the league the teams at the bottom are not always getting a game and have therefore played fewer games than the teams in the top four - utter nonsense.

I realise many people dont care at all about the juniors matches just as long as their juniors get training but if you are going to have a league at all, lets at least have one that means something.

When is going to fix the junior league system? currently is a joke, and does not promote competition and thus play it.

- We started with 8 teams, if someone lose your number of players, is disabled.
- From there (with 7 teams), there is always a team without playing, so funny, there are teams that play all dates, while others have lost at least three. fair? (9 potential points of difference between teams that should have the same conditions)
- If we add that the next rival is always random, you never really know your actual level in the league, playing against all as adults, home and away. (if we need more dates, just restart)

Just copy the adult system.

I understand you want 8 teams in junior leagues ? what happens if a team or two are withdrawing ? you ll have 2 ,or even worse , 4 weeks without matches . And who promotes ? You want The same qualifing system like the existing in the senior leagues ? When only a few winners are promoting ? Where in the world first placed is not advancing (for certain) in superior league ( if possible )?

I think you do not understand him. I guess he is talking about the Premium league (the top one in his country -England-), where currently there are only 7 teams, with the absurdities which that way of working of the current system implies (each week a team is given an automatic defeat -that is 0 points-, and there is no balance at all -a team can miss more than a match while others miss none-).

This of course can happen in any League level, but the top one is wehre it is more "visible". Also, I don't think fixing it should imply necessarily to change the current system, but al least the DEVs could tweak it a bit to make it fairer and less absurd (for instance, by filling the 'odd' schedules with a temporary bot team, who could "clone" the tactic and players of a real team in that League for the match).

Hello everybody!
My Junior team won last match yesterday. And can be 3rd team in our Junior Premier League. But, today, I look next situation: In the table no statistic and my team at the LAST 11th place. So, I thought that table is restart and it`s ok. But now, I look to the history of my club. And hear write that my junior team finished this season at the 11th place. It`s very funny situation. Because our teams that finished season at the 6th, 7th and 8th places - dropped to the second league. And now we have next casts of leagues: 11 teams in premier league and 3 in the second. WTF?
Is it BIG Changes???

Yegh, situation in junior league is badly maked. Also need to be aware some team can disapire.

My opinion, in junior league only need make one rule, play always with new team, if already played with all, then start play second round away, and then again

Today, in my historics club, last junior season ranking is wrong.
I think all teams are perhaps 12th ranked. In France first division, it is, i think.
It's mean number of journey are not updated since the twelve teams groups appeared ...

Same thing for Spanish First Division; I finished in first position, but club history reflects I ended up as 12th.
I'm not really sure anybody is going to take some time to solve this; I'm afraid we'll have to forget about it.
