i would introduce you my strategy, in Hungary that named "the pako technique" :)

its a daily repeatable technique, you can try it every day to get cheap magical coach.
if you pull some almost good, should repat it, maximum 4-5 times a day!
if some total different arrives, leave it for today, dont waste more money today:)

for sure, its not a sure tecnique, but worked for many people:)

I set all skill at 15 (magical) except stamina and keepers. According to the rule the more accurately you set the skill the less accurate the outcome will be. So if you want have higher chance to get what you want, leave the skills you dont need to be 16 (unearthly) as "any". This is for finding head coach only, junior coach I still set all skill 15 cause that the only way. 1 more bonus tip: If you do not have much investment than try to have 2 head coach, each one have 3 skills unearthly. For example: if the first one have pace, defend, and playmaker in unearthly, then look for another coach with pass, strike, and technique in unearthly. Whenever you need to train a skill just rotate the trainer, you will make a significant saving.

How much money did you guys spend for unearthly [16] coach, and did you get one?

In several recruiting series Ive spent over 5 mil€ and no unearthly...
I did get one magical with almost minimal wage, 35425€.
