I really like the idea. European championship... U27 teams... All very nice ideas IMO. I also don't have anything against a HOST that plays no matter on the current rank etc. (if anything you came up with the idea), but in my opinion to pull something like this off it would be nice to have some ground rules. If not for other reasons, to try to make it a tradition.

my suggestion of the name was lame i can admit but i think all here got the idea

Romania cannot response.
So I had invited Suomi, Espana and Norge who said yes quickly !

So this competition will be play with the 8 best nation of the moment in european sokker !
It's that's why I choose "U27 european championship" name, with all due respect to other nations that I cannot invite.

I don't think so, we just needed a bit of time to discuss your offer, but as you wrote in your invitation, you asked 12 nations and you've taken the first 8 who agreed.

What about a match beetween DACHcup and U27EC winners?

DACH-Cup is smaller - maybe we could make a 3rd group with Romania, but anyway - it's only a friendly cup and no problem if you keep the schedule like it is.

Blackend, Chile coach, organize the American Cup, like this U27EC.

He invite the winner of U27EC to play a or Super-Intercontinental Cup against future winner of american cup (week 1)

If you want this to be European Championship rating is not the best way to use to create the groups
There should be preliminary round (qualification in one game at least).
Otherwise this is just friendly cup.

I'm very happy to know that this idea could have a traditionnal place in sokker agenda in the future.

I'm sure after this first edition, there will be some good idea from all the Eupean Nations to have a beautiful tournament.

agree, we asker for some time to respond, there is a poll and a topic about it in our forum.
But i think, maybe we should open this cup for 16 team, and nothing more to worry about!:)
if there is not enough week to play with first 2 teams/groups, then only 1 should go to the winners stage, and all the 2nd should go the 2nds stage, then would be 2 winner, one in the group winners, 1 in the group 2nds, then the 2 winner could play sometime against in the super final.

Why no the defending World Champions? :-(
