it can take up to 7 days or more. depends on admin of your country.
the number of admins is low now

that number is very good. often before it was 300-400. if there is a delay in your country it is due to problem with admin. maybe he is on holidays or not available. pm another admin who is online and discuss with them situation if it is becoming a big problem.

ask any admin ... you wont get an answer here (not that I guarantee you'll get a correct answer there)

New Estonian user zulu81 has contacted me through HT, because he still waits his user to be activated and more than 2 days have passed already. He told, if his team wont be activated the latest on Saturday evening, then he will give up.

You know that's an old topic, when I made it and I am still on the staff list.

I know it's old, but maybe countries are still under the same admin who is responsible of another country, if you understand what I mean :)
