Well, they were pretty effective, but most of their chances, including penalty were really 1v1 or empty goal while Belgium had some long range shots. Suomi just anticipated perfectly on the offensive midfielder and Belgium changed tactics way too late in the game. Add a super Suomi GK and you get this kind of results :)
