Wait - I see that Eesti and Suomi were 2nd in their groups, so they go to the "low seed" lot, together with 2 teams that finished 1st. But, which teams are those? The draw for 1/8 lists teams by the rank of the home team, but since it was random drawing, it's not necesarily the case that the order of the away teams is the same.
If you look at teh final standings in the groups, the ranking is:

Hrvatska 9 pts (13-1)
Argentina 9 pts (8-2)
Colombia 7 pts
Norge 6 pts (10-3)
Poland 6 pts (6-2)
Moldova 6 pts (5-4)

So the lots are:

I had the same headache concerning the squad. But now i am sure Argentina is going to be even weaker, I mean another 2 red cards for some good players.
