I always thought it was:
ATT
MID
DEF
and then for each player with the order, the highest number first.
Not sure if penalty taker kicks first though ... (usually he is my nr 11 ...)

It was really really great WC final. First i watch that both had only 1 striker so i was sure its going to be really boring game but i was totally wrong like allways.
Have to say that both teams deserve a win but there is allways one team who get that trophy and this time winner is Norway. It was really great to see two nordic country in final.
