Subject: stadium construction question

In the south part of my stadium I ordered to construct, if remember correctly, 500 benches (originally it was 100 standing places there). So, the money was taken from my account, passed six days and I now have there (south part of the stadium) the same 100 standing places, no benches! The construction has to happen around December 22-28. Any clue what happened? Another question, it seems I cannot change the ticket price for standing places, right?
