This changes are awful.. i'm sorry because i already pay for this shit.

After today changes I decided to take a floor on the future of sokker. And here it is. It may be long so - lazy guys - look on the end where the conclusion is.

Charles Hill to meflibaris
Almost everyone today is able to download apps on whatever device they use, but you say it's not important

I would even say - No.

Here's what I think:
Make Sokker into Android and iOS client
No. Abolutely NO. Complete waste of time. Sokker is available via browser. Everyone on PC or smartphone have web browser. Far better is to put developers time into rewriting transfers engine, match engine or adding new tactical options. Who is so addicted to sokker to use it on his or her phone? Moreover, Sokker provides all functionalities so if someone wants to have it in application on smartphone he can write it. It is easy. You don't have to be iOS/Android developer to do that. You don't have to be programist at all. Only things which matter in this case are determination and good will. What's more You can buy smartphone with Tizen when they be available and write application in HTML5 even more easily. Also some other smartphone OS are coming: FirefoxOS Ubuntu for smartphones, Sailfish (or whatever it is called). Wouldn't it be better to wait and see how this affect the market and then make a decision which OS to choose and how the application will look like?

Change website graphics design, especially home page
Too late for that ;p It could be good for Sokker, but personally I think It is waste of time. Nevertheless, remember about functionality, clarity and performance. Not only eye-candy look counts.

Change faces to be more realistic and visible in 3D viewer
No, why to waste time on it

Change Training to be more realistic, add team training camps etc.
Yes, that looks useful

More payment options
I do not now what is it about, but I think 'No' would be the answer.

Improved interactive ingame tutorial
THat would be usefult for new players.

Introduce Team/Individual Playing Styles (e.g. long/short pass styles etc.)
YES, YES, YES. Greatest idea of all in the poll. Developers should totally focus on this issue.

More statistics for players and teams
If it is about statistics, not parameters than No, otherwise - Not important.

Market Assistant / Autobid system
NO, NO, NO. Absolutely, totally - No. Devlopers should rather think about completely new transfer system/engine to reduce idiots who buy player and sell him immediately or half of season after. Every purchase which purpose is to make money not to improve the team should be punished.

Reduce bottom divisions into one big league similar to the junior leagues
Not important.

All in all, I think that developers should focus on enhancing the main issues that football manager game concerns. And that is the football, not eye-candy page layout and not providing the game to masses.

new.sokker.org

Actually the new design was meant to be tested there imo. ;) I wonder why so many problems come out now, not before? :)

PS! I heard, that this actually isnt the new design of Sokker, but atm its rather a rumour. :D

Most problems are not Sokker's fault, but rather how internet browsers work.

To properly view the page, clear your browser cache (or do Ctrl+F5 until the page renders right). These problems didn't come out when we were testing it in new.sokker.org because it was a different site and your browser's cache didn't mess it up with the old Sokker interface.

And I don't know if people have noticed, but now we don't have that stupid macros thing that made it so difficult to see Sokker from your mobile browser, so now using your cellphone to navigate Sokker is quite comfortable.

You wanted changes and an improved interface and that's what you have got. It's a pity our browsers messed it up but it'll be solved as you enter the site (and your cache is rewritten), but being able to navigate this site from tablets and cellphones is a big feature.

Actually, with the bottom bar removed from the text and stuff, I do like the changes they made.

If you install adblock, you don't even see the advertisement :)

Sorry to contradict you but, even after the cache clean-up, the NT menu is messed up. I'm talking about the extra option you have under the Exit option when you're NT coach.

Moreover, where do you change language now?

When I click on language from the main screen to swap from French to ENglish, I get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /logon/back/http://online.sokker.org/office/lang/en was not found on this server.

Do you call this a tested front-end?

Left bottom corner has a button to change your language.
2013-04-20 14:17:44
You can change the language in your profile settings, although it warns you: you have to log off and in again in order to change it.

I have tried to change the language from the main screen to spanish, english, french and dutch and they all worked perfectly. Try updating your browser or using another one to see if the problem is still there.

About the NT stuff, I can't test it. But I'm a promoter and I do have my extra option below exit, so I guess they will be able to fix that problem soon enough.

thats a good add, but I dont like that flag, so I changed to English ...
Poor Scottish lads, forced to have an english flag on their page :p

Thx myname: that one works but the one from the main page (upper right corner) doesn't.

With the old layout, I used to select the question mark button and select a different language from there without the need to login logoff but this is no longer possible.

Anyway, the bottom left one is enough for me :)

Scottish ony?... where do you see a Belgian flag ? :P

At least, we can say one good thing about Devs, they prevent us some weeks ago... Otherwise same thing... Nothing was tested before... Or if tested, they are totally incompetent... And for sure, this will be a nice feature for new users :-D
