it's another thing that he is completely pathetic

I think he made a list as NT coach of South Korea of all his countries where he has/had team.
way outdated already.

judging by the fact that he opens as many accounts as he wants and that you need ~100 votes to win in any country you want, and taking in consideration that he has a lot of free time...he can easily win in any country he decides to, hell - if he wanted he could win in all major NTs.
