by any chance, do you know how are team distributed to plaoff stage after regular group phase?

ok and then what about quaterfinals? is the scheme final before 1/8 final (so if somebody wins 1/8 he will know who he will play in 1/4) or does it change again after it? :)
România U21 and Česká republika U21 are already qualified to playoffs, but 14 teams, who will join them, will be decided in the last round.
