after a 600s delay to see MY CLUB GAME I have finaly decide...

you speak about "game engine" advantage to plus users? plus user team will play better? it will kill sokker even faster!
Not necessarily moving back to old engine, but changing what doesn't work in this one...
with implementation of advertisements Greg don't have time to improve the engine

Why not understand:this game should get money to survive, everythings cost.If your own club dont deserve 5,4 Euro/2months to get more matches for it, to test him on really good quality matches, without risks, is very-very sad,But dont give for others the idea to quit the game, if you dont make this first.

Bit of a short sighted opinion if you ask me.
First of all you don't know someone's finance situation, but more important: with this 600 second (now 300 second) policy they won't attract any new SK managers. No starting manager pays for Plus rightaway, without even the chance of getting to know the game.
With the natural process of quitting managers (for whatever reason) and no new managers who replace them, SK will bleed to death in the end.

The reason is not the price but the staff attitude to attract me and other to buy Plus! There is many other ways to insert the ads and not make it abusive like this...

And if everybody will shut up where will gonna be? I don't see a big benefit in arcade mode. Yes, you can try some tactical changes, but I used to the old system. I'd buy Plus if it will give me team/personal playing style, this is what I and many ukranian users have vote in the deleted pull, or if it give me the possibility to train my team differently, for example:
ti train a selected position with 100% of effect ant second position, with possibility to change training type, with 30% effect. Just for example.
But! To pay for ads...
If they need money, then could ask (now not shure that i'll help) for a donation... There is 35 480 actually... will take 1/3... 10 000 users... for a low mathematic level. 5 EUR from each one... 50 000 EUR... will make it 35 000 EUR... maybe for Romania it's not much! not a price of Ferarri) but yu can pay a salary for 20 employers and maintenance for a year or buy 5 powerfull (not 24 core :) ) servers. but server contains only a data info, it's your computer how download the 500kb viewer and show you the match from a 50kb data file. we have watched all our cup matches using our "minus" project ;)
but back to 5,4 Euro/2months to get more matches or simply a numbers. number of users bring us back to year 2006 and there was no 300s waiting time, there was no so many ads to gain enough money for server maintenance and stuff salary. Not realy much changed from that time...

- some good and bad changes in game engine (like player throw on the move in a front of a defender)
- changes in training calculation

- decrease in the number of users from 73 000 to 35 000
I do not see many useful changes since 2006. I do not see foe what to pay! If it's for support the project - only voluntary. But if it's extortion - sorry but no!
If this attitude of staff will continue the number active users will decrease and it will not only affect the economy side it will affect the game play, you'll play with bot teams! a bot team win Ukrainian Cup this season!

Atm in Sokker there are around 3000 Plus users according to one Polish user.
e: thats less than 10% from total users number, so no wonder, that Greg needs money, lol.

maybe plus user features is not so attractive to get more? an even like this 3000 user and a year plus 20EUR = 60 000 EUR in a year

I know from few years ago Hattrick had around 20% supporters. As far as i know that is a normal percentage for games like this. 3000 Plususers is realy concerning.

- team playing style or NP and individual for PU
- training it's more complicated but yes it allows to have more effective training!
with head coach and 3 assist it can be more flexible. 1 position, 1 skill - it's not so realistic, or I'm wrong?

We have crate a some groups in social networks, there was a promotion a football sites, we have create a game tutorial for new users in Ukraine and etc... We worked in community not like you "I did!".
But if you interest: a have bring few users, they have bring their friend, but almost all of them left sokker. Most of time I spend to keep users in the game!
