What about training strikes already with pace(14-16), training only tech n att, for example:

age: ~ 21-22
stamina, keeper
magical 15 pace, defender
outstanding12 technique, playmaker
passing, outstanding 12 striker

if you train pace-technique you can train 10 strikers....but if you train technique-striker when you change to stiker you have to sell 4 players.....

I voted wingers because it's actually what I train.

Never train wingers, need a shit good talent, too many seasons and never really profitable.

Where's the Atttacking Winger option? or the Offensive Midfielder? Those are the types I always loved to train. Since those options are not present, I have voted for Striker :)

Still it is the best way..., selling strikers at 20y/21y with high tech and pace and not really high striker gives you high profit :) Only if you did buy the players for normal price of course.
Pure striker trainers love this kind of players and pay a lot.
