isn't there a possibility to give teams who don't manage their field a penalty (5-0) for the opponent e.g.
It's impossible to play against a team with a field on 28% and have 2 injured players after 10 minutes just because that team didn't manage the field. When a field is not good enough to play a referee will not let the play start and the opponent will get a 5-0 when the home team can't show they did everything to make the field playable.
I'm missing my players the next match while I had to play this match.
Can't there be a rule that home teams have to get a field > 50% (at least) otherwise it will be a 5-0?

25% in Division V
45% in Division IV
55% in Division III
75% in Division II
90% Premier league

It is crazy to play in poor pitch conditions.

What I thought of is that instead of penalizing the team with a loss, there should be a neutral stadium with a good quality pitch. Instead of a 5-0 loss as punishment, that team wouldn't get income from tickets :)

Good idea and money partage too, to incite coach to improve his pitch's stadium.

in any way: a disadvantage. Maybe just the possibility to get their players injured but because that's too complicated I just suggest an easy thing.
It's not the first time; I manage my field and an injury is part of the game but not when managers think they can get away with a bad field.
Investments in a good stadium is also part of the game.
Instead of invest in new seats they should invest in a pitch.
They generate income when they build new seats but don't care about the rest.
Maybe "the system" can generate automatically the income to invest in the pitch.

Anyway, bots could play away each match against an human.
