I think that now is my greatest moment, Nederland played really good last season(from 19 to 6 place in ranking) and I'm coach in coutry with one of the best sokker communities!:)

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Our all strikers and of course Ferry Hese, why ? Because he is 5x divine player and he can play almost everywhere :>

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
Hmm... probably Leopold Piszczek ;)

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
It's a hard group (but easier than on last wc when we played against Italia, Eesti and Polska;p).

We played on last season against Peru and Hungary.. they are really strong, we played good games but my test tactic against Hungary was a big fail :P
against Peru similar game, i was a little but lucky - that's all :p that was only a friendlies.. on World Cup everybody want to use 200% of power:)

Last team Latvija could be a dark horse in group, they have nothing to lose... everybody think they will be 4th but on world cup there aren't weak teams.

Which team will win the World Cup?
I hope Poland ;)

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
I guess Moldova and England ;p and hope - Nederland :D

Im still pAKoSTevE, 24y old, already U21 WC 3rd place, and World Champion with Hungary.
Im just finished the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, as an Engineer Information Technology student.
Working as Software Developer and Tester at Ericsson Hungary.

Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as NT-coach so far?
Sure, it was against Eesti, when we later won the WC. I was on Vacation at Zsámbék, with my girlfriend. Eesti has the lead, 2-0, we had absolutely no chance to win and score, they overplayed us, but in the half we changed our tactic, and our mids scored some goals, and won for 2-3!:)
After that the WC final, when our red card turned into luck, and win, because the penalty winner player scored faster, in pair with a german defender!:)

Justice, Proactive, Genius :)

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Its Bodovinszky right now, he is a world class midfielder, and seems like its his last WC, since he is 31y old:(
You know if you have a player like him, you can build a team on it, and the team gonna win!:)

But if i have to name on, it would be a younger Jaquet from Schweiz, wich is like Bodovinszky:)

First impression is very positive, i like the group!
Nederland + brokus seems hard enough, cus he has a lack of experience, so we need to give our best here.
Peru + özgür is another nice experience pack + nice players, so they could win against anyone!
Latvija + DoTheDew is clearly a little behind the other 3, but its only because of the nation's size:)
So i expect Nederland + Hungary will go on (i mean i hope so!:D)

Which team will win the World Cup?
Every single team from the top20 can do it, just watch the last 3-4 WC. Even Hungary can win this, so what else would it be, but luck?!:)
But i pick Poland, Eesti, Italy for the win.

hhmm I guess this would be the 8:1 victory against Mexiko. Showing me once again that sokker is totally unpredictable

Hmmm there is no such player right now, we don't have THE star. I guess if we would have a 3*18 striker, he would be it :)

Matei Bălan -> he would be our star for almost 10 sokkeryears... he was already 3*17 with 23...

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I guess our group is very balanced, no top favorite, no bad team. I thinks (and hope) that Esti and Switzerland will make it.

Germany or Switzerland. If I would not want to win the cup, I would not run for the job :)

Österreich. They got a super coach and if they have their best players, I believe they could do great

Don't fire any nt-players or potential nt-players. We lost on of our best striker due to that some weeks ago. What a pity. At least sell the players. ANd if you have Swiss talents and you don't want to train them, please sell them - I can assure you that you will usually get more than the normal price as there are many Swiss managers waiting for them - simply contact me before you will sell them so I can advertise them in our forum

I am Alexnder and I live in Abruzzo, a region of central Italy full of green mountains and protected areas of the Park.

I play Sokker since November 2007, and despite the fact that evolution has not followed the great potential of the game are still passionate as the "first day"!

This is about to begin will be my first World Championship and I and all my staff we can not wait to begin to give reality to something that seemed impossible just two seasons ago!

Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as NT-coach so far?
One of the best moments was the day of my second election as head of the Israeli National because, after a very difficult election battle, it was nice to see how the Israeli community had enjoyed our work.

Regarding the game are certainly two of the most important games in my career:
The first is the success of two seasons ago, albeit in a friendly match against the national team of my country, Italy.
The second is the first victory in the first leg against Paraguay in the World Cup qualifiers. In this game played against the most formidable opponent in the group (coached by a talented manager klinsmann) the team has proven to be grown and matured, ready to face significant challenges.

1. The ability to be able to adapt the module to the players available

2. Valuing younger players and exploit the maturity and strength of the most experienced players.

3. The right balance between the ability to listen and to take decisions in the first person; also the ability to communicate and engage the community in the project.

This is a question I prefer not to answer at this time.

There are a lot players who could come in handy to our team, it is impossible to say just one name.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
The Group B is very balanced apart from Estonia who seems to have the underdogs. It 's very difficult to make predictions about the next round but our goal is to pass the turn to try to become part of Israel's history!

Which team will win the World Cup?
Italy has a great chance because Vikingo67 led by the very talented manager.
Great attention to Romania led by current world champion manager ale70

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
There are at least 5 teams able to fill this role between these definitely pointed to Belgium and Portugal

What I want to say is thank the Israeli community who believed in the project and commitment to growth and that after two seasons of preparation led us to compete in the final stages of the World Cup.

My greatest moment was on a previous management , in 2010, where with my NT Argentina we come to the quarter-finals of the WC, losing very fair against Germany

Cheers mates! I m 29 yrs old economist and I've been playing this beautiful game since 2006, with 10 seasons played with NT teams (8 with U21 and 2 with NT)

Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as NT-coach so far?
It would be for sure game against Poland from quaterfinals of last WC and win brought us bronze medal :) My assistants and I have prepared that match for days, analysing almoust everything numerous times and covering all aspects possible but when game started in first half referee forgot his yellow cards, instead he booked polish players twice with reds :)

So all preperation was not needed :D

Preperation (for opponents in official games), creativity(in tactics) and communication (with my assistants)!

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Since form dictated line ups for Croatia at last WC plus qualifications Roberto Malenica turned to be our key player due to hard working part in heart of midefield and consistancy in form.

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
It would be Cristóbal Cattaruzza as he should become 5 x divine and every great all round midfielder is welcome :)

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Group is very equal and tough so it wont be rosy road more like road with thorns- Serbia is strongest opponent with who ve open WC so that game will direct group outcome for sure. I know there user well and he plus couple of great users from their communitiy have lot of aces in their sleves. Slovakia has competent group of players like Colombia but I would say that Croatia and Serbia are slight favourites to progress.

Which team will win the World Cup?
I think that would be Romania- fantastic players, and what is more important- huge ammount of quality players so they are not hit with form changes. Great coach in ale70- winner of last WC with Norway so everything is set for success.

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
I would pick Argentina- couple of great midfielders, interesting and hard to crack tactic. They did great in last WC, they can do even better in this one.

Any words you want to tell the community?
ME can be cruel sometimes but that is attribute of RL football too- so dont take losses by heart, but do take wins and celebrate them properly :)

Hello! My name is Bartek. I'm 29 years old, playing in SK since 2006. I'm currently in the Polish Ekstraklasa. In the last season I promotion to Ekstraklasa after barage. In the previous three season I worked also in NT Poland, previously I worked in the NT Ireland (two season) and qualify with Eire to WC (first hitorical WC for Ireland). As You can see, the work with NT I started quite late for my internship game;), but upcoming WC will be third in my career, third in a row.

Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as NT-coach so far?
The best moment hmmm? Private - promotion to Polish Ekstraklasa, but in NT hmm... World Cup ahead of us - I hope that the best time is waiting for me in upcoming World Cup;)
At this time I think it was qualify to the World Cup Finals with Ireland. I did it a first time in the history in Ireland (from 40 places in the ranking!). It was a great work for great Irish users! It gave me a more satisfaction.

Involved, it certainly can't deny me. I don't look too bad in tactic. I like modify and test new tactic, and three - unpredictability:P

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
I don't have one favorite player. It seems to me that the strength of Polish in the World Cup will be collective. We don't have one top-stars. But if I had to choose, I think that Piszczek, but at this time he had injury...

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
Ferry Hese - monster MID. He can play in any position. Versatile player. Certainly Brokus can not complain - if he will be in form;) Hese ofcourse, not Brokus:P

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
In the previous World Cup had a group of death (Netherlands, Italy, Esti). This year it looks at how a group of dreams, but first rule -> not underestimate. Ofcourse I don't imagine that I didn't qualify in the first place to round PO. The battle for second place is going to be extremely interesting. Personally, I put the Ukraine.

Which team will win the World Cup?
In previous seasons, the winners were unexpected. It seems to me that this time will win any of the top teams [looking at the ranking SK] in the SK. I hope that it will be Poland. If I had to give four teams that have the greatest chance of World Cup: Poland, Netherlands, Romania.

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
In my opinion Nederland. Nobody puts him in the role of favorites, and in my opinion have a good chance at a medal. This may be a dark horse.
In the group phase, England can do a lot of confusion in my opinion. However, I do not think that the phase of the PO were able to fight for something more.

I invite You all to watch the World Cup matches! It promises to be a very interesting tournament. I think will be a lot of unexpected results. I hope that Poland will not disappoint and will make a lot of fun his countrymen:) Let's go Poland!:)

Probably one of latest games... Ukraina 2 : 1 Schweiz the game that nobody expect that we will win. I think that win gived us a chance to continue our fight n World Cup.

Experiance... I think it's the only one that count.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
There is many important players. If only one... Rodion Deyko, a defensive-mid. Few season he was in a bad form, but played in last games. He is a good stopper and counter-attak beginner.

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
Non)) This squad is probably not the strongest one, but 100% National!)

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Not sure about Uruguay, but Moldova will get trough!

Which team will win the World Cup?
Not Poland... Italy... Or Germany...

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
It's Việt Nam! It's not skilled team, but they show a superb performance!

I have many beautiful moments as NT coach, but my greatest moment is the winner the last World Cup with Norge.
It was one very special moment that I will never forget...
Sure i'm remember many nice match like coach with NT Italy, Romania, Norge or U21 Singapore.

But most of all ... I fell in love of sokker.

I don't have one favorite player, the team is strong because we are a group.

I would choose a foreign player, I choose to grow some form in the Romanian players :P

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
The World Cup only get better teams, where each team respect. I do not give predictions for the final standings in Group but surely Romania will end in the first two positions.

ROMANIA (easy questions :P)

After us the top positions will be as usual a matter between: Poland, Italy, Eesti.

Hello! Im Jakub, from the Czech republic from Prague. I dont play sokker as long as other coaches but Im motivated a lot. Its clear I can be succesful. WC is my dream and I want to play maximum of the matches at the tournament. To be honest... I go for gold to WC! Im very ambitious trainer.

Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as NT-coach so far?
The best match was match against Finland. I played with U25 and my opponent played with A-team. I was better and I won 4:0! But really interesting moment was match againt Turkey for me too. It was a horror match. I was losing 0:2 and in the and I won 5:3. These two moments were the strongest for me.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Šimon Tikal of course! He is one of the best players in our country. For me he is top "gunner" and I will need his goals at the WC.

I love my country, just as I love my team. I would not want anyone else.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I think its very strong group. The favourite of the group is Romania. We will fight with Norway and Portugal. If were lucky we can do it.

In my opinion it can be Vietnam but logically it will be us :D

I am a coach that just entered my 40th year , and are married to my lovely wife and got 2 great kids. Love football/soccer and just all about life in the summertime.

My greatest moment must be when I took Norway U-21 all the way to the final in WC.

I love the game , got a good handle of tactics and try to enter the transfermarked without loose fingers.

I will say that I do not favour any more then others , cuz they all do their job in my team , I got those players cuz I need them for a spesific job.
But can pick Darren Hinchcliffe cuz I still love players with some extreme skills.

Most players in top 15 in NT would do , but cant pick any since this is my first year as NT coach , and most of my time in U-21 I looked for good players at that age :o)

I am hoping that we come out as 1 team and think the Česká republika will make it.

I dream that Norway can win again , but think Italy will take it if we do not.

I think Finland can go far. And after thinking of biggest surprise would be Peru.

In fact it was the first qualification match vs Hellas. After that I knew that my job would not end desasterous…

Jörg Wettberg as he can make up the difference with his B-skills.

Any 4*18 winger would possibly have chance to join my team ;)

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
I think all 3 are really tough opponents and the result will depend on many factors (tactical skill of the coach, players form, luck with cards or injuries). I don´t think, that one team is going to dominate this group but I hope, that Germany can go through to the next round, maybe together with Belgium…

Which team will win the World Cup?
Things have changed during the last WCs, the classical answer “Poland” is not the only possible one. Today there are quite a lot of teams with skilled and experienced managers accompanied with scouting systems supporting them. Thus even smaller communities are able to form a strong and competitive squad.
Germany really has a great scouting-team supporting me but when it comes to tactical issues there are better managers than me for sure…so I really would like to lead Germany to the first WC victory but it would be a great surprise…I guess Romania could be one !

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
Vietnam played a great qualification, I think the coach really does a great job.

Any words you want to tell the community?
I hope there will be many exciting and entertaining matches providing a lot of fun for the community…and never forget : it´s just a game :)

I reached the semi-finals of Mini WC with South Africa in the summer of 2012.. We outplayed Peru in the quarter finals 1-5.

I'd say conservative, experienced but sometimes rather lazy :p

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
The scoring efficiency of Slycke/Stijns in combination with the leader of our midfield, Evert Eben (even at 34! :p)

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
Hmm, difficult.. I'd choose the Dutchman Ferry 'the beast' Hese since he's the kind of player we need in the centre of the midfield regarding the current form issues we're having there.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Well, I think Italy and hopefully Belgium will go through.. Nevertheless, Vietnam and Germany shouldn't be underestimated.. I think they're ready to beat both Italy and us.

Which team will win the World Cup?
I'd go for Romania.

Which team do you think has the greatest potential to sursprise in this edition?
Regarding ranking/rating, perhaps Latvija might surprise here reaching semi-finals or so with their experienced manager.

The greatest moment was the victory over Poland with Switzerland and the following move to the semifinal.

Brandschutz, simply because he can make the difference. Unfortunately he’s not in form, which doesn’t make it any easier.

Every striker with superdivine pace, technique and striker. I’ll take anyone ;-)

Hard to tell, it’s not easy for any of the four. I hope we’ll get through.

I think there will be a new champion. Some team that wasn’t on the top the last four times.

There are several for sure, but as always injuries, form and cards will be an important factor with such surprises.

Last world cup we needed a win in the last game to progress from group stages. We met the mighty Brasil and won 4-0, that was an awesome feeling.

With time single players are less and less important as the quality of top NT squads are sky high. To name one I`d say Wesley Slater, he scored a lot of crucial goals for us.

Ferry Hese He has been trained all the way by fellow norwegian club Junior Dinosaurs. 5*Divine he is a massive player.

I've only been 1 season in NT. The final match against Argentina was the greatest moment. We needed to win or draw and was a great match. We finish it 0-0 but it was good match really.

I always prepare with time my matches

I don't have a player so outstanding, all are regular. That make that there's no so important player to me. Skill by skill is Inocencio Tagle, but I can live with out him haha...

Chile and France. England and Suomi are strong too, but its a tight group. It will be difficult for all. In fact we are the weakest team, but we're going to go through

World cup semi final against roumania (here).
I knew the game would be very hard for us but we managed to play well against a stronger team. We only just missed the final.

thinking, thinking and thinking.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
None stand out. Maybe a Gk in good form can save a match.

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
One Polish, whatever.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
It's a pretty balanced group.
The England knows it is, it will be a difficult opponent, but we know what to do.
Finland has a new coach, it is a handicap to start directly in a World Cup. But this is a strong team.
Chile is the least known, but no doubt this team can qualify.

Which team will win the World Cup?
I think the game engine is back on old school, it promotes "impossible to beat" strongest nations. So maybe Poland... But France is ready to win :)

Portugal maybe.

I am 23yo software engineer student from Finland and I love Sokker.

Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as NT-coach so far?
This is my first season as A NT coach. I was U21 coach long time ago for 3 seasons. I dont have any big achievements. My best moment would be the last match as A U21 coach. I had lost many matches before that and then in the last match I won sweden 4:0. That really cheered me up. It was nice to end my U21 career like that.

Who is the most important player in your squad? Why?
Eetu Pärssinen. He is one of the best mids in the game if not even the best. It would be very hard to replace him.

If you could pick any player from any NT to reinforce your squad, who would it be?
Nobody comes to my mind but I think it would be someone from Poland.

What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Very tough group. All teams can have marks over 79. Anyone can go through.

Which team will win the World Cup?
Italy will win the World Cup.

I hope Ukraine will suprise everybody because they have Bohdan Bondarenko (in real life).

Das Bollwerk
Do you know M.N. Cheng? Probably not. However, coaches of Italia, Việt Nam and België maybe should contact him. Because currently he seems the only one to know how to score against Germany. The Germans only conceded one goal in the whole qualifiers. That was when Cheng scored for Singapore. It didn’t help much though, as it was only the 1-4 in that match and eventually rookie coach Pogomias went on to WC with a clean sheet of 30 points.

Challenging Europe
South America, the home of world champions? Well, not in Sokker. Here the old continent remains dominant although Polska hasn’t added much to that lately. All past winners come from Europe and only one „outsider“ ever managed it to the WC-final - ironically no South American but the USA. Only one lousy bronze medal went to the southern hemisphere so far - can you spot it? Perhaps it’s time to change it: with Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Perú and Uruguay, there are more South American team in the final stage than ever.

Old vs New
Pointing out that Polska qualified for every World Cup is obviously no breaking news. However, there are several other team that never missed the final stage. Nederland, Eesti, Hrvatska, Italia, Brasil, France and Suomi never dropped out earlier either. This time, they did everything to avoid each other, only Suomi and France will meet in the group stage and only Group E has none of these WC dinosaurs.
On the other hand, we have debutants again. Latvija, Việt Nam and Ukraina. And Peru is worth to name here as well, as they are back at WC after a long break, coming a long way up, qualifying from the 4th pot, leaving Brasil, Bulgaria and Ireland all behind. You can be sure these teams are ready to shock the rest once more.

The Crazy Groups
While most oft he teams booked their ticket to World Cup one or two rounds ahead of the end of the qualifiers, or even earlier, there were three groups where excitement lasted long for several teams.

In Group H, defending champion Norge struggled a lot. In the last round, the clash against the slightly better place Lietuva had to decide. The Baltics had to play for win too, as Malta lured behind, all three with a total of 18 points. And voilà, Malta did their job, beating the already qualified Moldova, but the first WC participation of the Mediterraneans was denied by the 2-0-victory of Norge over Lietuva.

In Group O, the situation was even more tense. After 7/10, the three top shots Schweiz, México and Venezuela were leading, but leaving the outsiders Ukraina and Panamá only 1 and 4 points behind. After a loss against Schweiz, Panamá run out of chances, while Ukraina kept theirs with a draw against the Mexicans. In the next round the Swiss went on to secure their spot with a convincing 5-1 against Venezuela, while México missed to profit and lost 2-4 to Panamá. So it came down to the endgame between Venezuela and Ukraina, with México luring in case of a draw. Things looked even better for Venezuela when the Mexicans took a heavy 1-8 defeat a couple of hours earlier, but eventually it were the Ukrainians who took the win in the last game and got their first World Cup.

Group P looked much more clear after round 7. Italia and Scotland were far ahead, and with 8 points down and 3 games left, Latvian coach DoTheDew could as well have prepared his subscription to the Mini World Cup. But two rounds later, Group P was turned almost upside down, after Latvija’s win over mighty Italia and Scotlands losses against Slovenija and Lëtzebuerg. Now Latvija „only“ had to hope for help from Italia by beating Scotland, while beating Slovenija themselves. But Red_Pirates Slovenians suddenly had the chance to qualify as well if they could just make up enough goal difference. But finally Sokker stayed with the script of DoTheDew - Latvija won 3-0 and Italia defeated Scotland with the same result.
