Subject: Terrible Juniors..

Where Juniors(& the program) always this bad??

training this week with 18 juniors ( brilliant coach, major league jr team ) 9 regressed and got worse.. one got better.. & the rest the same.. What a waste.. i've literally had guys in the program for 30 weeks and improved by 2 levels.. i just dont understand why they are so terrible?

Has it always been this bad.. I think im closing my program.. It not just a waste of $$.. but more importantly a waste of time! who wants to get excited over a good 16 y/o with 30 weeks to improve. and you wait & wait.. and he never gets better.. and they all end up being duds..

Why not try and make the program a bit more exciting.. should that be the point of playing any game.. I would rather have a fun game than android capability .. or a silly 3d viewer.. what a bummer.. i really love the idea of having a Junior program.. this one just stinks..

I have only terrible no popping juniors for a long time now :) it happens

it's the same for all the managers, some people prefer few good players instead many of them

everything works fine with my team, maybe you simply have bad luck lately

Worst thing is that EVERY player that is ready to join the senior team drops in level the day they are ready to join up , I've reported it as its happened the last 4 times in a row I've had players to promote

i have unearth coach. last 6 season i pulled 2 excellent junior but they are shit. others are max solid very good when i pulled fired. shit youngschool...

why do you have only 9 players in your ys?

im bored to fire juniors...

The last two juniors i sold at good prices (~2 M eu each) came to my school as 17 yo adequate and exited as 19 yo´s magical/unearthly.... i think many people think only 16 yo entered in school can become something....

Nobody gets worse, it is only an coach estimation of their level, they all only get better over time, only a matter of how fast....

I keep everyone who can leave the schoold as excellent + everyone who can leave the ys as 16/17yo at least adequate

if I have more than 24 youth players [so I can't receive maximum 6 of new yp] then I delete the weakest ones

I don't count Hryciuk [over 2.5m] because I was training him for long time before I sold him...
