I had ys since I started in 2005, but almost all youth players till 2007 are already deleted [those who are still alive have 45 years ;)]

for example Manuszewski, sold for 17.5m€ - 43 years, in most cases he would be already sacked and out of the game :p

So it sounds like it is a total waste.. lol

i wish the admins would make a change.. so it would be a bit more enjoyable for the players..

i mean i picked up one hopeless jr this friday.. and who knows next thrus he will probably be downgraded from a 1 to a 0..

In the past I always said that a youthschool is a waste of money, but if your team is ok, you have nice trainees and coaches, ... In most of the cases you will earn some money....
Offcourse now it's more difficult to know the talent, but I think it's more realistic. When a player is young in real life you also don't know exactly how he will develop. It gives you less certainty and that's not always pleasant.

No, it's because we already have topics to complain about Sokker, more then enough actually. And if the TS has a question we have a question topic for that (as you also know), if he has some ideas what should change we have an idea forum (as you also know).

So it has nothing to do with me (nonsense to suggest that in every topic!), Sokker just don't need another complain topic. Because of that a mod should close this topic.

EDIT: in fact, I don't think we need any new topic. I'm quite sure all subjects are made into a topic over all the years Sokker exists.

Cmon, stop trying to be sokker police, its boring to read you complaining about others complaining, because in fact your complaining just as much, just in a other way... instead you could come with arguments that junior schools are profitable, or that it might be wise in some situations to save on it or other.... nothing wrong with a topic being here for a couple of days, people giving their views, and it dies....

Depands of what kind of topic it is. Another complain topic isn't needed, such as this one.

And yes, ofcourse money can be made with junior school, managers only need a bit more patience as in the past because it takes a few weeks longer to find out the talent of juniors. And by only keeping higher skilled juniors the change to make more money will also increase. But it can cost money also if managers are unlucky and don't get talented players. Never a 100% garantee with junior school. That's the answer, now the topic can be closed?

And it's becoming boring to tell people to stop complaining about every little thing. So I'll turn it around: tell the managers who start new topics to complain about Sokker to stop complaining, then you won't read me that much anymore ....
