nothing wrong with a topic being here for a couple of days

Depands of what kind of topic it is. Another complain topic isn't needed, such as this one.

And yes, ofcourse money can be made with junior school, managers only need a bit more patience as in the past because it takes a few weeks longer to find out the talent of juniors. And by only keeping higher skilled juniors the change to make more money will also increase. But it can cost money also if managers are unlucky and don't get talented players. Never a 100% garantee with junior school. That's the answer, now the topic can be closed?

And it's becoming boring to tell people to stop complaining about every little thing. So I'll turn it around: tell the managers who start new topics to complain about Sokker to stop complaining, then you won't read me that much anymore ....

Yeh, the complaining topics are so good for Sokker ... And why do you tell me what I should or shouldn't do and not the complaining managers? You like the complaints all over the forum? Would be strange if you ask me.

This topic clearly warrants it's own thread. The way you are talking everything should be posted in Question topic. Hardly the way a forum should be constructed.

I miss the old youth system. New one is still too hard to work out talent accurately.

talent is hard to find, but there's one only option. use all the capacity of the ys. you have to keep the juniors more weeks now, its more realistic to me, but not better at all

I don't like it either, but I guess that was greg's point..he doesn't want anyone to know about talent, so he made it more unpredictible..

Indeed more unpredictible :) But with an ok youth coach and juniors in youth school for 15+ weeks, every manager can know if he has talented juniors or not.

It takes a bit more time to find out the talents and even then it's still not 100% accurate, but I think that's fine as 100% accuracy isn't necessary :)
