it was counted that they get around 5000 euros per month only from plus :) yea programming costs a lot but I don't see the results :) is it so hard to change penalties scoring or corner taking or at least those stupid launching mistakes or shorter striker beating taller gk in high ball battle? ahhhhh... so many bugs.

Are you sure? It would mean that there are ~2000 plus users...

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that the hosting does cost more than couple houndred euro. Too many users online all the time, a lot of data exchange [tactics, matches etc.]...and I remember info that 'one of the servers crashed' so we can logically assume that they have more than one server + backup.

I am not plus user, and i do not care about delay, i open my old match some time before live match (10-15mins), and let it count, and then when it is time to watch live match just open it without delay :)

More plus ..... enlighten me with your knowledge.
I don't cnow where you find "rules" in my phrase, maybe it's your paranoia, I just say that if Greg want's to promote Plus with such ads-deay system the ads-message my contain info about Plus features, not google ads. It's not difficult to change. If know nothing about web-page structure I cant enlight you, it's more than one messege.

I have suggested a longer and more friendly Plus ad text, but others think the current shorter text is better.

It can be not only ad-text, images even some newbie tutor show, like tactic editor, transfer etc. You can put a lot of useful info in 5 minute. At present it's just a 5 minute delay with goggle ads that gives nothing.

Yeh, 5 minutes is enough time to make the ad a bit more interesting. But as you know (I think), others wanted it to be a short text with only the most important info, no friendly text, 'unnecessary' explanations or other extra info. A better explanation and even being polite was taken out of the text as it looked to much like begging .... :/ I don't agree and I think it should be a bit more text, but I don't make the final English text.

4 or 5 sentences was already to long for a 5 minutes break, so that's why we ended up with only 2 sentences. I'm not going to discuss it again, but maybe you can convince others to make a better Plus ad text :)

You are completely right! I dont even mind this delay too much, but what is seriously disturbing, is the lack of will to change minor things like: corner and throw in takers, this way you still have to adjust your WHOLE TACTICS because of this! I suggested fixing these bugs like gazzilion times, but no luck :( And this should be really easy to do. Yet, they spend time working on such stupid things like 3D or faces of players o.O? Very, very strange...............

That's just your opinion, and I don't think you have thought it over very well ....

I think 3D match viewer is great and unique for free online soccer manager games. And I like the idea of player faces (ofcourse not the faces that are used right now as these are ugly). Good looking graphics is very important to make a stunning first impression on new managers. And not only 3D match viewer and good looking faces, but also stadium page for example and all other pages.

What do you think new managers like more, the first or second stadium graphics?:





(All second stadium graphics can be bought for less then $ 350 - see exchange3d.com, DEVs don't even have to make it themselves. But they don't do it ... if you want to call something strange, that's strange!)


You forget how important it is to get new managers to start playing this game. To make that happen Sokker needs a good looking website and graphics, an userfriendly layout, etc. Ofcourse also a good ME, but the things you call stupid are at least just as important as the ME.

EDIT: and at the moment we have really ugly looking players because of poor made avatars. Why not use what is best know on the internet, see Faceyourmanaga, or some other program to make avatars, see examples on Google.
