Subject: How did you find Sokker?

Made a similar poll in Estonia a year ago and then almost/basically 50% of the users chose Mouth-to-mouth/Face-to-face promotion. What about you?

For me it was also the same thing - I was in 8th grade back in 2007 and my friend-class mate infected me with Sokker fever in the bus "trip" back home. :D

Mouth to Face :D

Few of us started sk and ht at the same time. ht lost the battle in several seasons "watching" irritating once-in-10 minutes random sentences and tons of teams who don't want to promote.

I started playing HT few months later than Sokker and still play it. Both of have their pluses and minuses (in HT more active users/bigger community and meetings, active game developers; in SK 3D games is the main reason), but together they improve each other IMO. Still, Sokker is closer to my heart. :) I also play OneSkillManager and Footstar a bit. (Soon quit those two - maximum in one year time most likely; not sure about HT and Sokker yet)

I had one funny situation. When I was going to high school [17yo] I was coach of Polish national team. One day two guys who I had PE lessons with approached me if I was the THE borkos007 from sokker...:D

i think i'll choose 'other' then.

i was at a book shop in a mall back in 2009, looking and reading a couple of automotive and sport magazines when suddenly i got interested in one article about sokker by aldinsan. it was a two full pages article.

i read it, got interested, take a note about the sites address and play it as soon as i get back home. (i didn't bought the magazine though)

My father played since 2006 or 2007, he kept on trying to get me to play cause i was very into FM, so i joined in 2009, got to same second highest division as my father in 2011, and promoted from it in 2012, so i outplayed my father... :D :D :D :D Also i stopped playing FM, cause sokker is much better.... :)

i find this game from my friend on travian game.

it was the second introduce on late 2010 at the begining seasson of sokker.
fist introduce, i do not interisting because i stil playing travian game and i do not focus for other game.

I joined this game when our Admin, Hautsi, advertized on the internet that Sokker had just been translated to Finnish. Our community grew a lot in that time in 2006.

Sokker was the first football manager I played. Am I the only one who hasn't played Hattrick? :)

i saw an advertisement on a sports site and tried it...i had a team from march to december 2009 and then started again in may 2010 :)

sokker is the only manager i play at the moment , and the only football manager i ever played..

hattrick is history, start of everything :) I remember me with friend playing hattrick and then he one day offered me this and I really liked the 2d viewer and stopped playing HT :)
