Quick question , How many places do you have in your Junior School ? I currently have it set at 25 , but im wondering if it's beneficial to have more ??

The maximum is 30. I have 26 juniors now (though next Thursday they will become 23, I guess, after I kick some if they not rise), but I have had reached 30 a lot of times. I like to have the school as full as possible (to enhance the training), and have no problem leaving always the more free extra places as possible (6) to try to "catch" a good recruit in the net, if there is luck.
Anyway, there is a rumour around our forums which point that the more juniors you have, the worse the new juniors arrive. I don't know if it is true, but from many seasons it seems to be so, at least in my case.
I remeber that when I had less juniors, I received more good/talented ones (I had once half of the players of my first senior team -quite good ones- arrived from my own school), while now it seems quite, very difficult to get any one with a good combination of factors (high start skill+number of weeks, good talent, ...and a final good distribution in skills).

I also believe in this theory. When I have around 17-20 juniors many of them are sacked after "few" weeks because of total no talent they have ...also I very often changed my mind and sacked them because I dont want to keep juniors which come at the end of trainigns regime as a 19 (late season) or 20 yo. And when there are no more than 10 juniors left accidentally (or no?) more potential good juniors come in. (more 16yo and more talented). There is awlays the same situation:P. I keep 17-20 juniors sacked many of them ..at the end os season I have 7-10 and then many good juniors come in....thats why my youth school still works;p
I agree with it to an extent as well. I think you get a higher average skill if you have less juniors, but having said this, it's probably just rubbish.
I have regularly kept my youth school around the 11 mark and I can't alexactly say I'm flooded with talents.
I do find that if I have say 11 juniors, and none of them are going to promote within 10 weeks then I a more likely to get juniors enter the school that have less than 10 weeks left.

You should always have current number of your juniors + 6.
