It was a a easy stage; so, the last two matches i played only with U20 players. I was very glad for winning booth of this matches :)

My real name is Mattia, and i'm 21 years old, i play sokker since 2009 and i really like this game (random included ^^).
I reached D-serie in Italian league with my team, then i decided to try an adventure with a National Team.
I began with Thai for a season to improve my experience with high quality CT.
After that year i tried and won the election in my country (Italy) and i have 2 fantastic seasons, with a great group, a great staff and a great community.
Now i'm on my second season in Belgium, it's more quite than in Italy, community is smaller, but there're a huge potential here too!
For the future i still don't know, but i don't deny my real interest for your country too!
I think there're lot of great players, and you have all the possibility to reach great result!
Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as U21-coach so far?
My greatest moment was when i reached the victory on the election in my country of course!!
My greatest match (and saddest) was when with Itlay U21 i lost vs Azerbaijan U21 and i exited by World Cup.
It was maybe my best match, many 1v1, nice movements, nice tactic, but at the end of the match my goalkeeper missed the catch in a long pass and their striker scored :'(

I think my striker Bisconti..
but they're all too important cause we haven't to many players ^^
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
It's a really hard group; Romania is the best U21 NT at the moment in my opinion and they have the best striker U21 in sokker.
Slovensko is really strong too, but they can have some defects as us (Belgium) cause we're a small countries.
Chile is the weaker one, but in sokker all is open for each countries.
Between I think Romania will pass as first, and as second Slovensko or Belgium
Which team will win the U21 World Cup?
As said before, Romania is one of the best U21 at the moment.
Italy has really really nice players this season and it could run for a great position.
And of course there's always Polska in the top 3.
About Brazil i think this year you could have a good potential, and if your CT works well you could reach great results!

Viet Nam is a new entry, but it's on a really hard group.
Ceska is not a news, but it can confirms itself on high level.
Eesti could return to play an important role in this competition after several year without nice results.

In elere futbol club: Jonathan Moyal in defense, midfield: Radan Radonjić.
Now, Chile U21. Several, including Jaime Jelves and Angelo Montecinos.

are smooth, Slovenia and Belgium are rivals with Chile, will have tight contests. Romania seeded has better players.

I hope that Poland will go through. In my opionion - with Hungary (Magyarország) - last time our teams were also in one group ;d

I am a 40 y.o. user from Romania, a hungarian minority citizen, who play this game from 2007 with more and less good results, but same pleasure.
Can you share with us your greatest moment/match as U21-coach so far?
This season will be my second as U21 coach, (in the past i was Nippon first NT manager)so the qualifying for me is a good beginning, my greatest result till now, what i achieved so far, with 4 rounds before the end of WCQ.

I have just two, but i think, is very important:
1**I never get players for friendships and private interests on squad, just who deserve to play for NT.
2**I like to use a great number of players, to launch more youngs on his international career, helping this way a great lot of players to train for U21 and after to be ready for first NT.So, even if i lose now some matches, when i will see "my youngs" on the future playing well for first NT, i will be proud of my whole work here, because every experienced manager could make results for the moment, using the better 11 week by week, but less of them could brings up and train whole generations for first NT.

For me every squad member is important and everyone is changeable.I like the players who play well, taking the ball, passing well, i like great saves and all of my strikers goals aswell and i like the ME if is'nt against my team:))
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
With first ranked Polska i think will be very difficult for us, they have great players even at younger team, are very good organised, are last WC holders.Suomi, an sk force "all time", with not too much users now, but very well trained players and great youth school system will be dangerous for us to.And finally Schweiz is a good managed opponent, becoming better from a season to another, very good tactical manager, they beated us in last season with U20, i respect them to.
I dont know, who will go through, but Polska i think, will be one of them:))Every of other 3 have same chances to qualify and to not qualify.Will see there...

This is my 9th season as U21 coach from Germany. So I had many great moments in my carrier as U21 coach. The third place last WC was a nice moment. But the first win about Poland was amazing.

I think the best attributes to describe me are high motivated, very experienced and good tactician.

This season we have no one in our squad who is not replaceable. Because we haven´t such strong team in comparison to last WC. If you need names so I would say that Binder as striker and Sack as defender are big player.

I think our group isn´t so strong like other. We are the favorite. But every team can reach the next round.

This season will be my second as U21 coach, (in the past i was Nippon first NT manager)so the qualifying for me is a good beginning, my greatest result till now, what i achieved so far, with 4 rounds before the end of WCQ.

I have just two, but i think, is very important:
1**I never get players for friendships and private interests on squad, just who deserve to play for NT.
2**I like to use a great number of players, to launch more youngs on his international career, helping this way a great lot of players to train for U21 and after to be ready for first NT.So, even if i lose now some matches, when i will see "my youngs" on the future playing well for first NT, i will be proud of my whole work here, because every experienced manager could make results for the moment, using the better 11 week by week, but less of them could brings up and train whole generations for first NT.

For me every squad member is important and everyone is changeable.I like the players who play well, taking the ball, passing well, i like great saves and all of my strikers goals aswell and i like the ME if is'nt against my team:))

With first ranked Polska i think will be very difficult for us, they have great players even at younger team, are very good organised, are last WC holders.Suomi, an sk force "all time", with not too much users now, but very well trained players and great youth school system will be dangerous for us to.And finally Schweiz is a good managed opponent, becoming better from a season to another, very good tactical manager, they beated us in last season with U20, i respect them to.

This is my 9th season as U21 coach from Germany. So I had many great moments in my carrier as U21 coach. The third place last WC was a nice moment. But the first win about Poland was amazing.

Well, actually, i havent have that special moment yet.

I dont wanna name 3 attributes, but i describe my philosophies a little. As a coach in sokker for my club, i prefer training young players and i am not willing to play more than 1-2M for them and i sell them for much more money. Having pretty young team is the reason why i am still playing only in III div. As a U21 coach, i am little bit lone-runner, I do all scouting myself, i never ask anyones advice with tactic, i try to give my best and i think so far, i am not doing that bad.

Best match...I think it was when I messed up my tactics vs Uruguay (I think)...I played with Attack default tactic and won :)) it was hilarious...would not recommend it tho!

Erick Rickett - He is my best striker and I love his high technique! Sometimes it's important to have that when the opposition defense is tough!

OMG! the group is tough!...I hope we will go trough and probably Bulgaria...they have a good team...but Australia could spring some surprises.

Hardly, all sokker moments that I remember happened before I became U21 coach of Hrvatska.
One nacional cup victory (against our long term NT MID trainer) is one of the mine favorite Sokker moments.

Mhm...I have led the team only in the WC qualifiers, and so, there were only two interesting matches and they did not enthuse me. Maybe the best game was against Eesti in a friendly match

The phenomenon is Alinari, but he did not play so good matches how everybody could expect from him. On the field the best are Giovanetti (clever), Paolasso (killer) and Diano (Ronaldo)

I have not met China in this season, whereas I have met Argentina and Portugal, two strong teams. If I have to bet, I say that Argentina will go through. With Italy, of course :D

In Poland - last week was greatest.
We came back on first place in rank after 4 seasons .
In Russia - 3 matches in WC group. We win all 3 games and moved up to 1/8 WC.

Greatest moment was victory against Denmark from last season in week 6. We needed a good result in that match but after 6 minutes we were losing 0:2, then we made a great comeback and won 4:3.

Well, actually, i havent have that special moment yet.

I dont wanna name 3 attributes, but i describe my philosophies a little. As a coach in sokker for my club, i prefer training young players and i am not willing to play more than 1-2M for them and i sell them for much more money. Having pretty young team is the reason why i am still playing only in III div. As a U21 coach, i am little bit lone-runner, I do all scouting myself, i never ask anyones advice with tactic, i try to give my best and i think so far, i am not doing that bad.

My GK. I think having top class GK in u21 squad is massive defensive boost.
What do you think about your opponents in the group? Who will go through?
Well, its though group and i think everyone has change to quailfy to the next round. I am aiming min 6 pts.

Interview with world champion team coach:
Congratulations for the second straight title, what is the importance of it to Poland?
When I started working with polish U21 I knew that winning of the Golden Cup is very important - before that we won it one time - as for Poland - only one time.
So the main object was to get back the trophy to Poland - and we won it. I was going to quit working with the raccoons - but Gustaw Sebes convinced me to try to win again... And we made it !!
What did you think of the tournament for you what was the most important game of this cup to Poland?
In WC every match is important - but there was one (apart of the final game) match very important for me - match agains Romania - because of the last WC and great and tragic final game when we won in the penalty kicks.
You think to continue another season? Will try to be three-time champion?
I'm not sure what will I do in next few seasons - but I'm thinking about working wiht other U21 team, and try to won the trophy again :)
But my main object is to train the senior NT of Poland in some future, when I'll get more experience with tactic etc.
Theme:
I thank all who responded to me, and in particular the Croatian coach, who gave the idea to make the international forum (I would do for the Brazilian forum), I ended up not doing because in my job, the work increased slightly, and I would have to translate, which would give a bit of a headache, has no good English and have to keep guessing some verbs, the coaches that have not responded yet, can answer questions if you want, I'll put this forum because I know that many do not have that little time, because they have work or study, etc.. etc.. ! That's the best cup of all we had! :)

When I started working with polish U21 I knew that winning of the Golden Cup is very important - before that we won it one time - as for Poland - only one time.
So the main object was to get back the trophy to Poland - and we won it. I was going to quit working with the raccoons - but Gustaw Sebes convinced me to try to win again... And we made it !!
What did you think of the tournament for you what was the most important game of this cup to Poland?
In WC every match is important - but there was one (apart of the final game) match very important for me - match agains Romania - because of the last WC and great and tragic final game when we won in the penalty kicks.
You think to continue another season? Will try to be three-time champion?
I'm not sure what will I do in next few seasons - but I'm thinking about working wiht other U21 team, and try to won the trophy again :)
But my main object is to train the senior NT of Poland in some future, when I'll get more experience with tactic etc.

I thank all who responded to me, and in particular the Croatian coach, who gave the idea to make the international forum (I would do for the Brazilian forum), I ended up not doing because in my job, the work increased slightly, and I would have to translate, which would give a bit of a headache, has no good English and have to keep guessing some verbs, the coaches that have not responded yet, can answer questions if you want, I'll put this forum because I know that many do not have that little time, because they have work or study, etc.. etc.. ! That's the best cup of all we had! :)

So far nobody won the u21 WC two times in a row, so it will be hard for pazdzierz and Polish Racoons...but we will see :P
