and? what was (somebody - who?) supposed to do? greg/damian would have to be online 24/7 for such situations...it's not their problem that the server provider (?) screwed up...

Never a guarantee but in this case everyone that had a player for sale got screwed due to sokker downtime.. It's just a fact.. Any reasonable soccer game would communicate to the community that there was a problem and extend transfers equal to the downtime.. or at least make apologies.. sokker does neither because communication towards the people playing this game has always been (and always will be) total crap.
The auction fee of 2.5 % is there to prevent prevent the loss of money and to guarantee managers get the price they wanted. This issue has been discussed so many times in the past.
but never for users when the payment expires and must be renewed in a timely manner relevant, do not give away more than 2 days or Plus
the easiest solution is all transfers in specific time frame to be canceled not sure if that will happened but as developer i know it's possible if there is a good will.
I know it's hard for you guys let's try to keep calm and see what will happens no need of angry posts or anything else.

There has been compensaties of downtime in the past, who knows, maybe it will happen again this time. But some find the forum the moment 1 thing goes wrong and start about for example Plus this and Plus that.
It's the internet, shit happens with servers sometimes.

There was, after a lot of downtimes due to ddos attacks, a couple of 'free' plus days for those who had plus accounts...but that's it...

I am a victim too and could loose more than 3 million from the player I put on the transfer list at 20.22 tonight.
Some people mentioned we should put up a minimum prize to protect ourselves against this 'bug', but has it ever occurred to anyone that this particular bug may be placed by someone with a purpose ?
I DEMAND ALL TRANSFERS IN THE PERIOD OF BREAKDOWN TO BE DONE OVER AGAIN !!!!!
