When there is something to complain about, you are present also to heat up the fire. So if I'm the lawyer, who are you?
Then those who can finally quit Sokker after so long because of all the bad things of Sokker last few eeuhh days/weeks/months/years (free to pick one :D), should thank greg for doing these bad things as these managers can now finally loose all that fat again ;P

i can totally understand that Greg can't do anything about the server issues because he doesn't own it

but it's very,very simple to fix the problems that are caused because of the server issues
1)remove the stupid auction fee so more people would use the asking price feature
Why do i have to pay 4% tax to use the asking price?
To whom i pay these money,the Goverment?

plus.if i overestimate the asking price of a player and he doesn't get sold,i still have to pay the tax

That's the reason that people don't use it OBVIOUSLY
Also,teams that have a negative balance can't use it and they are exposed to shit like yesterday

2)Cancel ALL the transfers that took place during the downtime plus the tranfers within an hour after the downtime because people won't log in if they know the server was down
in the end it's all about fair-play
Also send an auto sk-mail saying "dear owner,blah-blah,we cancelled the tranfer because the server took a shit and died,we protected you,feel free to put him on TL again whenever you want"
You create a sence of TRUST between the owner of the game and the players that even if shit happen,we will fix them
it's that simple to regain the trust of people that you ultimatelly want their money
everything else is just rude,shitty behavior

Sokker, the company/producer, they offer their services/product to the users(customers)
They pay for this product every month they pay real life money for a product.
The company has to deliver what they promise, if something happens, they are responsible and they reimburse or fix what has been done wrong, either by a compensation or bring it to the original state before the incident.
If a customer isn't happy with the services/product they are paying for, they should stop paying for it.
I'm not happy with the services Sokker offers, but the product is still great.
I will not pay for it anymore in the future but I will keep playing this game.
All I'm really hoping for is a change in management. Either the current developers get their shit together or they sell it to competent gamedeveloppers.
Sokker has a lot more potential than the devs can imagine!

This topic will grow to the classic "sokker is dying", it's useless, only developers have real power in this game. These kind of things have happened before, i cant remember a single situation where dev's made a transfer cancel. We have to accept sokker with these problems, or quit. There is no other option.

admins have rights to cancel any transfer but i guess they need some authorization or probably they discuss that option. I do not need to give you any hope guys but we have to try any possible person that could help!
