I guess we can start subscription list and help the creator of the competition. Not sure what were the rules before but we can use the current ranking and top 16 euro teams to apply first?

Here is the ranking of the euro teams due today:
Competition will be 16 teams 4 groups each 2 teams will advance
so 3 weeks group stage 3 weeks eliminations 1/4 1/2 final
lets see we schedule that from week 12 to week 0
