As my friend asked me few days ago- did anyone tried to train attacking skill with MID order? How much of training players recive in compare to training attacking skill with ATT order? Is it worth it? (U can train 10 attackers that way instead of only 6) At what age difference is less obvious?

Thx a lot!

It's not possible. If you train striker only ATT players are trained with full efficiency, regardless of the chosen position.

It is possible- U go to training, choose attacking training and MID instruction. I know they wont be trained with full efficiency but I m wondering how much of training they get?

You can do the same with pace or keeper and that has no effect. ATT always get full training, MIDs little less (50-60%? I don't know exactly).

Correct, the 3 players with ATT order will always receive the training.
But, next to that you can give 5 other players a MID order also and they will get around 40% ATT training.
I have very much experience with that.

I´m on that training right now.

3 players can be train at 100%
2 at 75%

Other player with MiD order will receive around 45-50% train

First correction... If you set MID or DEF or even GK as training order, your ATT will only get GT.

Now...out of the rules: Training of striker

Strikers (ATT position) train most effectively, a bit slower the midfielders (MID) and to a little extent, defenders (DEF) and goalkeepers (GK).

So this means ATT will get the full potential out of the training, where midfielders will train with a little less potential (unknown) and DEF or GK will get even less than MID (but still unknown)

Nowhere there is proof of 40% potential for MIDS, but I recon it will be at least 60% since the rules state a ''little difference'' between both positions...

+1 :-)))
And just like in a religious cult we are not allowed to swear, make dark jokes, or even speak our minds to much (my post got deleted :-)) ), be patient for the "gods" (who nobody knows what they look like, but our belief is strong and we don't ask questions :-))) ) to decide our future, and, of course, we have to pay a tax! :-)))
... i have never thought of it like this, thank you for the awakening! :-)))
Amen!

Knowing is believing.
The other way around is just religion...

Im interested on this topic. I would like to know how much training will get a player if train striker with order mid. I mean, the training order is mid, not striker.
2021-06-19 12:17:02
It doesn't really matter, cause in 1.5 seasons you will be able to give the same amount of training for any kind of skill to any kind of position!

I believe no matter which order you set on training of striker, the ones who plays with ATT order will train better anyway, otherwise would be so easy to "cheat" the "you can only train 6 strikers in one week" rule.

FROM RULES:
Training of striker

Strikers (ATT position) train most effectively, a bit slower the midfielders (MID) and to a little extent, defenders (DEF) and goalkeepers (GK).

Your point? ;-)

FROM RULES

Training of passing

Passing is most effectively trained by midfielders (MID), the remaining positions train slower. If you want to enhance the effect of training passing for other positions, you can do so. However, it will result in decreasing the effect of training for midfielders.

Training of playmaking

The training of playmaking is similar to that of passing. The position that profits most from this type of training are midfielders (MID). Similar to training passing, you can also enhance the effectiveness for another position; however, it will also result in decreasing the effect of training for midfielders.

Training of defending (tackling the ball)

You can select the position that will train defending most effectively during the week, you can choose among ATT, MID and DEF. The remaining positions train slower.

Training of technique

Similar to defending, it is most intensively trained by the position selected for the current week.

And because of that I started think that for those skills we can choose which position to train better and the others will train less, it's clear in the rules, except for Striker once there's nothing about in the rules. But is that enough to tell with no doubt that I can't enhance striker for other position but ATT? Definitely not, and I had my doubts too. But, this fella have already tested it, he set

Training: Striker
Order: MID

And the result was just the same as set

Training: Striker
Order ATT

That's why I am a litte bit more certain about that, but of course, if someone have any doubts can try by himself, it's totally valid, seing it by yourself instead of just take someone else's words it's way better trustfull.

So... what you're saying... When selecting a training and an order, you set training for ALL players who played a match, but for full extend the players who plays with the selected order.
So, in short, if you train striker for MIDS, you claim ATT and DEF will gain equal training, but less than the mids who, in their turn will gain the full extend of the training?

My opinion is ALL players with the selected order will receive the full extend of the training, as long as they play with the preferred order.
So a striker will receive the full extend of the training for striker training, if he played with ATT order. If played with MID order, you can train 4 extra players, BUT the effect will decrease for about 40% (estimated guess)
ALL other players will ONLY receive GT, which means base training on ALL skills, with the effect of the GT directly proportional to the individual skills of your main coach + the general skills of you assistents.
